Some of those FL's are Leach's, but osome of them are also distinctly Athey's! Nice slideshow by the way! Always nice to see the older trucks...I sure miss 'em!
I am surprised that after 43 years, the cabs for these White GMCs/ Volvos/ Autocars have not changed that much. They added a couple of rear side windows. That is all.
Wow! this is amazing. That side shot of the RL rite at the start makes it look a bit like a Compaction Systems RL, and those FL's can see they've got the Aussie design in em, also big tailgate like the Richards ones down here. I Like the ASL's too, real nice trucks, huge hopper entrance, what type of packing did it have? oh what years were these in operation? Thanks man, Awsome as Video! Shando

@mongo5888 thanks for favorites, that first rig is a leach rearloader body on a mid 80's volvo-white chassis.

yep, they extend straight out as far as i remember, kind of more like the pendpac instead of the way amreps angle out from the bottom. thnx
