      It’s not every day I hear compliments like that, thank you very much :) The project did involve a lot of sweat and bit of hardship but the sense of satisfaction was priceless

    Thanks for your comment, massey are not the worst but some say they have fallen in quality in more recent years.

    What colour is the hispec red paint, is there a paint code?

    • @WilliamBolger

      I don't know what the RAL code is but if you give them a call they will probably tell you. I ordered and collected a can of it directly from their spares team.

    Hi. Absolutely brilliant video you cut no corners and it’s shown by the brilliant finish. Can I ask where did you get all the stickers and paint and primer as I can’t seem to find any hi spec paint for sale?

      Kevin Griffin Thanks a million Kevin. Phone Hi-spec and ask them to put you through to stores. I don't know if they can sell to the public without going through their dealers but they are very helpful and will point you in the right direction

    Great job wat size of a compressor did you use

      @WilliamBolger  10 років тому

      Thanks Darragh, it was a Fialc (Italian brand) 50 litre, seems to be a good and reliable but a bit too small for that kind of work. You'd need to stop from time to time to let it build up pressure. If you're buying one it is okay to start out with.

    Great Job! How long did it take? Did you sand it ALL with rotary wire brushes?

    • @WilliamBolger
      @WilliamBolger  10 років тому

      Thank you, yes, all sanding was done with the wire brush on the angle grinder and drill with the awkward places done by hand brush. I can't remember exactly how many hours sanding but the entire job involved a few very late nights followed by soar arms with holding the heavy angle grinder. Saved a few Euro from the cost of sandblasting though

      C.E Contracts leader No, I don't do it as a job. I only take on the odd project on the farm whenever I have time to spare

      C.E Contracts leader It was more long hours of sanding than high precision skill in this project. Thank you very much for the compliment though 👍
