If you haven’t already done it, get professional looking flyers and business cards made. You can probably do it online or at an Office Max. Leave the flyers at neighboring houses when you’re working. That’s what we did for our irrigation business plus a sign on your truck and wear tee shirts with your company name and number on them.
@@fettah7908 that’s fine that you think that. However, having employees wearing company tee shirts looks more professional. Our employees wear matching company shirts with our logo and company name and number, which makes them look more professional. It’s the same with having your company name or logo (with phone # and email) on your work truck. You can do what you want, I was trying to offer advice. Our business has taken off well and I want to support other small businesses too.
K D I agree with that, also a big tip is to get yard signs while doing a job. When people can see you work they get interested and are much more likely to give you call. Small investment with big returns
@@FREDDIEPRESSURE it's pretty easy to seal fences. Just sell them on a water base penetrating stain. You can come back and remove it with a washer like 4 years later and reseal for them. Makes repeat business and you already have 50% if the tools
In the end, it's competitive out there so get your name out there and hustle. Don't sit around and expect Facebook or Google ads to make your phone ring a lot. Get flyers, yard signs and do free jobs if you have to. Get jobs in those neighborhoods and set up your signs. Hand out flyers to the neighbors, talk to people walking by and do a good job like Freddie does. Word of mouth has a thousand times better return on investment than any paid ad. Paid ads reinforce your brand but they won't keep your calendar full like good old boots on the ground will.
....and clean yourself up! Be damn professional and a good all around person! Look at Freddie and Mrs. Pressure..they do incredible work and they make sure their paying customers are happy with the end result. A happy customer is the MOST important.
All truth my guy. Especially if you new in the business. It’s critical you out getting seen doing go work and capitalizing on every job you do get. You got to be hungry. It ain’t easy in the beginning to get CONSISTENT leads coming in the beginning but it’s most definitely possible. You got to be a 🦍 out here.Salute G🤝

I do pressure washing but it's kind of on the side. Main money is in staining decks and fences after I wash them.
That’s what’s up, a real hustler got more then one hustle. Salute

Just spray and back brush any extra and it will look great. The pressure washing opens the wood up and it soaks in mostly when using a sprayer
That’s good game. I might use that as a up sale. Salute
