Do you have a view of where the extenda hoe hoses leave valve body and he extractoion hose is roted at the 3 point hitch and connects to the underside of the boon a 90 degree fitting with a skid plate?
thankyou for the video, i have a case 580SE extendahoe, i have to do all the cylinders, the whole back end, starting this weekend 10/30/20.where did you purchase your (SS.?) braided hoses ?...
I was waiting for him to push it through the radiator of the lifting tractor..... :-(. Nice hoses, thanks for the vid, but I think I bleed the lines in a different fashion.... and find a third person to help with the pull-rope, etc... . But now I know!
Thank you for this video . I have a 200 Case 580 that I bought at auction and the same hoses failed so thanks to you guys I will be doing this repair onsite and saving a ton of money... hows it holding up?
I don't have another machine so I am thinking of building a platform to leave it on as I slide out by driving the 580 forward. Anybody out there ever try to put it together without a hoist or other machine? I have crane and chainfalls in the shop but I don't really want to go there.
I cannot remember the exact price, it was several years ago. I do remember they are incredibly marked up for just a piece of plastic. Case does seem to have whatever part you ask for though for a twenty year old machine, so I guess you pay for that system.
Thank you. This video saved me a lot of money and time. Much apprecaited
Thanks for posting. Enjoyed watching the video!
The teflon wear plates and cristmas tree push in thingys were like a 100 - 125 but they really help it slide easier.
Thanks for the video I have to rebuild my extendahoe this weekend
Why are you using thermoplastic instead of rubber?
good shot on the repair, may i recomend some hose wrap

Does anybody know where a used 580 superM extendahoe grave yard is? I need an upper bracket for the two hoses at the extendahoe intersection
So I have to buy another backhoe just to fix my backhoe! Just my luck!
