Yes
"If it's getting real loud but not going real fast" might be the best description of when to shift, I've ever heard .
The girl who rode a bike for the first time, her driving is wonderful, and there is no need to be shy when she rides her bike in front of the house. The place is spacious, clean, and wonderful.☺️
Always bring home something cold as a peace offering. That way when she punches you, you can use it to keep the swelling down until the ambulance gets there.
😂
Hank you are a great grandfather to the girls and they respect you so much. Have a happy 4th of July.
Always fun including your granddaughters in the videos
Sure is
I just knew those cute little twins had a beautiful mama she’s great❤
Those smiles say it all. Awesome video.
🍀 Lucky 7! 🍀 🏍 😎 You and Gina were real bikers back in the day......DANG! I feel like breaking out into some Sammy Hagar "Get on yer bad motor scooter and ride!!" 😅😅😅 Dub and Zee are gonna definitely have fun on the bike! Thanks for sharing, Hank! Ya'll be safe! Take care and God bless!
YES Non-Ethanol all the way on all small engines
I think Hank really bought it for himself lol
That smile from the girls was worth getting into trouble for.
And I can see two others having a go as well when you re not looking😊😊😊😊😊😊
Grand daughter's are going love you Hank
Hank, you made those girls day! Great video!🏍️👍🏻
You might need to get another one 😂
9:06 someone is about to be in the dog house 😂😂
My friend - not to cause fear - I have a dear rancher friend that lost a grandson of a neighbor when he and his grandson zooming on the property and came around a corner into a voltage line (4x4's) and grandson slid under, and his bud didn't see it and cut his head off. It has been tough years as the grandson grew up without his buddy and he spent time with the neighbors for many years. Pls be cautious - I know you and they are. Bless all of you there. I had to say it for a basic caution.
I’ve been riding 🏍️ since I was 5…. Lotta great scars and stories 😂
I started out with a Honda 125 dritbike and loved it. It was a lot of fun to ride
I had a 50cc dirt bike when I was 5 yrs old.
Hank you must be proud mate you got a nice Family 😊😊😊
Kym
Adelaide
Now you'll have to find another one so they can ride together. Lol
I see the big kids playing on that, too, Hank lol.
You are one of the coolest grandpa's out there Hank!
1 down 4 up, neutral is a half a click up from 1st gear, it sets in the middle of 1st and 2nd gear. Good job on your first rides, stay safe.🙏
🏍 Consider freshening up the TTR with new bars, plastics, fork seals, and etc. It's 2024. I wear a helmet to go anywhere on my bike besides moving it a few feet. Yeah, I was a child in the 70s. You can get away with bending some rules, but you need to promote MC safety, especially with young or new riders. One of my college buddies whisky throttled my Rebel 250 into an apartment building... Use of the motorcycle clutch cannot be over explained to a new rider. Teach the clutch and brakes first. Looks like fun!
I'm happy for the girls got the motorcycle. I'm proud of what they have all done with you Hank
1-N-2-3-4-5 is the shift pattern with most bikes with 1 being all the way down. Neutral is half a click up from all the way down in 1st gear
Shorts and no helmet? Good way to start their training!
Great video, I'm in my 50s and now you got me thinking about getting a dirt bike...🏍🏍🏍😎👍👍👍
Takes me back! Go over the rear brakes with them too there Hank. Don't forget that chain. Awesome video! 🏍🏍🏍
B sure get the Girls Their Helmet ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hello Hank, you are a wonderful grandpa of twins you will not find very often. Don't forget what others have written: helmet, shoes, clothes. Dieter from Germany (at the other side of the lake).
You can easily renew the fenders with a torch. Just take the stickers off and then run a torch close to the plastic and it takes the foggy look out.
You should buy another one so they can ride together! Central Fl. here
Hank, I bought my daughter a bike at the age of 4 of the same age I was when I got my first bike against everyone in my families opinion against it. The best experiences my daughter, who is now 25, always brings up when she and dad would go to the pits together.
Girls will love you for it. !!!
As aye country man living on a dairy farm I grew up riding dirt bikes I own 4 a 2024 kawasaki KXF, 2023 kawasaki kx112, 2023 Honda CRF450RX and a 2024 TGB blade 600AR 4 wheeler beautiful bikes to I hardly ride them now but my sons ride them alot, great video and I love the blue Yamaha 😊
Hank you do know if either one of those girls gets hurt you're never gonna live it down or hear the end of it !
Hank spoiling the granddaughters again :) - what life is all about
Smart call. Unleaded ethanol free should be used in all small engines, as well as vehicles also.
Safety first then have fun.🏍
My grandsons have been riding dirt bikes since they were 5 yrs old, the oldest who is now 12 is an excellent very skilled rider. They both have a full kit of safety gear, helmet, gloves plus chest back, knee and elbow pads etc, they have come off their bikes many times but with the right gear they have never been hurt so make sure that the girls are well kitted out before you let them ride. Having the safety gear also keeps their mother and grandmothers happy and off your back🙂
always nice to see a Grandkid with a Big smile, lots of hours of fun on a dirt bike
My girlfriend used to ride a TTR 125 and I ride a YZ 252 stroke. I love both those bikes.
It's always much more fun when the whole family can ride machines together. I grew up learning to ride on three wheelers so my bike riding ability isn't that great. But I got my motorcycle license a couple summers ago and it's great. It opens you up to different forms of transportation rather than driving your car, truck or suv everywhere. At least the girl's mother is coming around. Sometimes being too over protective is just as bad as being completely careless. :)
Hank your awesome grandad. The girls face's were a picture.
That was a fun video I am glad the girls done good on the bike that's a nice motorcycle thanks for sharing Hank
It better to ask for forgiveness than permission, buy the girls a bike.🏍🏍🏍🏍🏍🏍🏍
That's awesome, congrats girls and way to go hank. Grandaughters always come first.
Some of the funniest times is riding dirt bikes with my daughters
i have an 83 honda atc 200 (3 wheeler) and a mid 90s polaris sportsman, only bike i ever rode was one of those 49cc pocket bikes. very small but still fun. on my 3 wheeler the gears are all down, then up for downshifting, neutral is before first. no hand clutch.
Good job girls. I’m proud of you guys. Still have fun. Don’t worry about people saying just have fun when you can.
The girls are beautiful. They’re going to have a blast. 🎉 love the video good job Dad. 🛵
Take them to a motocross race. I’m going to a Canadian pro motocross race this weekend.
When I was growing up i rode everything from go cart's to Dirt bikes and a thing called a Honda Odyssey 🏍️🏍️ and it was back in the early eighties
It sure was different times then, even in the 90's. Your parents knew that you knew what you were getting yourself into and if you hurt yourself they'd ask if you learned your lesson yet. 😁
So glad you did this for them they are gonna love it, I miss those days when a bunch of my friends and I would go up in the hills on our dirtbikes and ride all day, so much fun.
Yes Safety first always Hank but with all the Room & Land you have I really wouldn't worry about a Helmet until you & Gi Gi feel really comfortable about the Girls Safely riding as I have a Yamaha XV500 Virago which I had to learn how to ride with the help of a Riding course & my Brother in Law God Rest his Soul & my Best Friend in Upstate NY.
Loved their expressions on their faces when they saw it, ear to ear smiles... priceless!! 🏍️
you got me smiling from ear to ear. i did the same with my girls. can't wait to do this for the grandkids.
🏍️ well I think Hank that you got it over on them without them knowing about it and that was great. They’re surprise when you showed it to him and the surprise on their face said it all what a great grandpa I know you don’t want them hurt so you’ll make sure that everything is safe and that’s the best part about it and hopefully they can have lots of fun on it. 😊
🚴♀️🚴♀️get 2 of Them ❤❤❤❤❤❤
You are pushing your luck Hank 😂 🏍
🚲 Daredevils in the making!
Awesome! Congrats! I hope to buy a dirt bike in the nearish future. My neighbor has a klx230r that I’ve posted some shorts about. I had a 50cc Honda clone, but it had major issues and I never rode it.
I bought the same bike for my daughter when she was 12 as her first 2 wheeler, when I tried explaining how the clutch worked she said, " I know, I know " so I went and sat on the porch and let her go. Next minute, her first wheelie and crashed into the bushes. After I stopped laughing, we had her second lesson on how the clutch worked. She spent hours and hours on that bike. Best present I ever bought her until she got her license to drive when she got a little Suzuki 4wd.
Camp Granda. I heard George Carlin sing it when I was a kid.
🏍🏍🏍🏍🏍🏍🏍 I have fallen off a few of those. Anybody who has ever owned a motorbike knows the saying, falling off a bike is not a matter of if, but when. Have fun girls.
Travis Pastrami from Bologna, Italy. 🤣
@@scotschoor The dude is good but I feel like he hams it up a little too much sometimes
Hank you're little diddies about putting the biscuit above your head was hilarious you crack me up every video
Watching all of them continuously attempting to put it in neutral while not acknowledging the clutch was driving me crazy lol. Click click click........why won't it go in neutral? lmao. It's like wondering why your shoes are untied when you never tied them to begin with lol. Thanks for the laugh. Keep the content coming :).
Hank, buy another one, that way they can learn together! Even better yet get you a 450 and show them what’s up!!!
How come people don't stop and think about shutting the fuel off and let it run out of gas so its not going to gum up the carburetor? If ur going to let it sit for awhile?
Well I think overall with some experience and help they both will do great on that bike. They both started off good so yea great job.
I love riding dirt bikes. Im sure they will have fun on motorcycle. Stay safe and God Bless.
❤ hope the girls have fun with their new motorcycle
Tom , two of the prettiest girls I Have is every seen.
Dove and Z need to wear helmets 🪖 but if you have to get rid of it or the mrs. says no. it’s got to go
That was awesome i used to have a susuki 125 and it suprised me how easy it was to pop a wheelie it was lots of fun for adventures
🏍 great job u did for them, grandkids. They gonna have the time of their lives on that.
Loved this especially Miss Evil Kenievel at the end who kept going faster and faster. I sense bike addiction coming on.
I think grandpa needs all the safety stuff
hank chapparal motorsports used to have riding kits. came with helmet riding clothes, pads , gloves and chest protector. idl what the cost is but when I bought a kit for my brother it was under 200.
hank also just saw rocky Mountain atv has a bargain bin clearance stuff. they sell dirt bike atv apparal and parts.
I don’t know much about dirt bikes . Your granddaughter with the Jean shorts , is a wiz at this thing . The other one , that would definitely be me ! She’s gonna give it a try ! Not bad ! I mean the ride ! Good grief , the girls are very good girls . I tried riding my sisters moped in Delaware . I kinda wiped out . Both did very well .
That’s cool dub and zee riding something
Bike may be makin oil but you're making reasons to ride 😅 I know it's for safety reasons lol ❤Hamilton Farms enjoy the bike girls
You have to go down several times to make sure it's in first then half up to put in neutral.....
the faceeee lol i made the same one when dad was teaching me to drive his bike before he passed
There should be a sticker on the frame or steering stem that will have the make, model, and year.
The learning process is great. I learned how to ride with a clutch in April, best thing i ever learned
Great video thanks for sharing
My uncle taught me how to ride a dirt bike when I was like 6. He was riding on the back until he wasn’t anymore and it was sink or swim. 😂😂😂
Ur family love u and we love u too Hank 🏍 🛵 very true on the food u do something stupid be she'll still be mad but not as mad and food distraction family time is priceless
Had to laugh out loud about the comment about licking you eyeballs
You need two more so you all can have fun together
There's a saying about wrecking on a motorcycle. Those's that have and those that are going to. Be safe on the bike.
DUDE!!! The jr dragster thing would be the move. I know some guys who can show them the ropes! 😎
🏍️, just like riding a bike , you never forget , brings back memories of my first DT175
Nothing like a good marketplace score!
My other half imposed a permanent ban on me buying anything either two wheels and a motor, so jeeps it is.
🏍🏍️ Hank you know you’re going to have to get another motorcycle or two 😂 love the video!!
A great job well done with the granddaughters🏍️
