Leontine Price was a world class opera singer but she was not known world wide until her first night at the Met in New York where she sang opposite a famous Italian opera singer. At the end of the performance she brought the house down with a world record standing ovation which lasted more than half an hour! She was on her way to the world.

Oct 26, 2017, she hosted her own one hour television Christmas special in 2018 (Darci Lynne My Hometown Christmas) on NBC Network. she has done voice over work in animated films/cartoons in 2020 (Scooby-Doo and Guess Who?) she acted and sang in the 2022 feature film "A Cowgirl Song." since winning AGT season 12 in 2017 She has made numerous Television appearances. I encourage Darci Lynne to explore all opportunity that come, who knows" she may have her own Television show or appear on Broadway, or another movie role may come her way in the future as for now she seems to enjoy singing on stage and trading off with doing ventriloquism.
