    Your smile after you ate the meat was awesome xD Made me smile. Thank you for the recipe. Can't get Alaskan King Crabs here, but I might be able to get blue crabs. Does anything need to change recipe-wise if you use another shellfish or crustacean? Or does it remain the same?

Keep up the great videos I am also part Japanese also my grandmother is full blooded Japanese is how I have Japanese in me she cooks a lot of stuff similar to your cooking but I love watching your great knife skills and awesome recipes !!!     This brings back memories of being at my Aunt's house in Yokohama. I remember how my cousins, sibling, mum, aunt and grandma would all help ourselves from a giant pot full of a very similar dish (just without the crab and shungiku).

    Hiro-san, good afternoon, as usual, your cooking looks delish! I wish I wasn't deathly allergic to shellfish and I could make this meal. You make these meals look so easy and the time you take to make them is even shorter than I would imagine. Now my women could cook if she wasn't so lazy and wanted to try to cook for herself but she lets me helm the stove. Lol. Be safe my friend and as always, keep cooking

    That looks like an elaborate banquet dish that you would serve in the finest restaurant - but it's really just soup with a lot of different ingredients in it. I guess there are all kinds of different ways you could make it - if you can get crab :-)

    King crab is crazy stuff. You only eat the legs and claws. However, they are packed with meat. And that one in the film is not even a big one, LOL. The meat is the best shellfish I have ever tried.
