    I just purchased 2017 370z chicane yellow base model last month and it’s only 28k miles on it for $28,999. Nowadays it’s hard to find 370z with good mint conditions if there is!? men it’s gonna be expensive😅

    Can you provide more details or the potential driveshaft problem? Is it when applying the accelerator?

    My dashboard on my 2010 370Z I’ve owned since new started to crack. The car was always kept in a garage with a cover and it still cracked in over 4 places.

    Helpful video, thank you. I agree with what was said earlier about the crossbracing under the car. They rot like the blazes but are not a huge problem to replace. Can someone help on this point. I’ve read that the convertible version had a redesign to the suspension in 2011, does anybody know when the change was made in 2011?

    I own a 2019 370Z 6MT base with the sport pkg that has 30k miles on it. The car is running fine with no problems or issues and uses no oil during the 3k mile oil change interval. I did break the engine and drivechain in gently and do change the fluids at half the recommended intervals. If good maintenance has been done on the car it will run without problems.

    Great little buying guide clutches seem to be quite a weak point on any Nissan. Any buying guides coming up on a 350z??

    Awsome vid guys! Just a quick question. Are there any years that were particularly bad and should avoided? Any model variants to keep clear of too?
    Cheers!

      Newer models tended to have certain issues fixed such as oil gallery gaskets. Not gonna lie these cars are pretty bullet proof. We give that one some abuse and it’s never skipped a beat.

    • @ScottishCarClan
      @ScottishCarClan  2 роки тому +1

      Gallery gaskets in early cars could go bad, just like the late engined 350z's. Otherwise just watch out for rust!

      2014 or newer avoids steering lock/ oil gasket issues.
