Never any need to destroy the Market (I believe it had a special licence to sell anything without question) There were thousands of people/customers, but the council decided it was to be a canal

Hi Colin, quick question. Does anyone know what building was at the end of this road, the only thing remaining are very large stone pillars for what I think must of been the entrance to some Grand House. Thanks.
