About finished with my MS in counseling… Being very self-aware is actually GREAT for therapy. Specifically, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Many therapist use this theory. You won’t know how much you need therapy until you try it!

Unsure that you'll see this but what you say at 13:18, anyone that can intellectualize their own state of mind (not always but usually) is more focused on "thinking away" their problems and rarely lets themselves just feel it. Places that help deal with deep emotions like somatic therapy or going to rage rooms really helps, as you'll be doing your own talk therapy yourself tbf. Hope this helps
