Question for you, is it worth adding something new to the chases? Maybe visualize the location where it happens or add more context?

I'd say yes to both, especially since I live overseas I'd be interested to see/read more 😊
That'll be pretty cool to see where the chase that's occurring is located at 😁
Thanks!@@nadinedelle8090
Love the idea of a brief map or location. With the videos that have GPS coordinates I usually look them up on Google maps anyway.
Maps of the chase areas would be great, since most of these don't occur anywhere I've even been!! I'd love more information on them as well, especially what fines/jail time the idiots get.
That’s a 12 year old that just bankrupted his parents!
Nope, insurance picked it all up
I hope those parents don't consider him their son any longer, cause I sure as feck wouldn't.
I doubt it . His parents will be paying for this brat's night on the town until they're under the weeds . @@tommyebay
I wouldn't claim him.

It's not a forklift. It's called a telehandler.
Okay)
Some refer to it as a rough terrain forklift
Lull
Ladder, stepladder. Does about the same thing
It has forks and it lifts.
Regarding the forklift incident: "Police told [local tv news station] that the boy is known to officials." Only 12 years old and already he was known to local police before this incident occurred. Sadly, I suspect he will continue to be well known to police long after this incident is forgotten.
There's a high likelihood this young man will spend most if not all of the rest of his life in prison.
@@cgraham6unless he dies in the commission…

What do you mean “ could” he should be charged
'Known to Officials' at 12 years old.
This kid started his criminal activities early!
Junior needs to pay back for all the damage and never get a drivers license for a long long long long time. Parents? Need to have a class on how to raise a child.
Paying back damages is good. Not allowing him a drivers license wont stop him. I will even bet he didnt have one in the video.
Relax. He was probably psychotic for some reason he just needed to go to a psych ward
Parents? Most likely a single mom, and she isn't even close to being a parent. Just a baby factory.

12 year old has a good start on his career as a criminal. Ambitious lil feller ain't he.
Or he has a good start on his career as a fork lift driver??
He'll advance in the criminal ranks and become a politician in no time! He's just gotta get those 3 DUIs now. 🙃

"could be charged with stealing the construction vehicle and fleeing police" Could be charged? Could be charged?
This is why construction equipment should have an ignition code punched in before the power will reach anything other than the alarm circuit. You enter the wrong code 3 times, a 200 decibal alarm goes off. That'll solve a lot of problems related to theft as well as operator incompetence.
Considering that a nuclear bomb 250 feet away from test site peaks at 210 decibels, I would not recommend a 200 decibel alarm on the alarm circuit.

The construction company isn't liable for anything the boy's guardian is, and depending on the guardian's financial situation they're liable for all of it
@camuu1971 the construction company is liable also they didn't properly secure the keys they had it in an unlocked boxed so that does put them on the hook along with the parents

Least the kid is out learning a trade, he just wants to be a equipment operator!
There's no charging a 12 year old. The adults are 100% to blame for this.
I remember the debate in the 60s whether a 12-year-old should be charged for murder and I was 12 years old at the time.
My friends and I were discussing it. We all were well aware of what the consequences of our actions even at 11-13. Realize no one was murdered this time but...
The child is responsible for their actions and should pay with punishment accordingly. Seems like everybody cuddles from the parent to the court system nowadays.
And the parents are ultimately blamed also. They'll probably just pay damages, maybe and make excuses.
This was so out of character for Daquann, a former altar boy, dedicated servant of God at his families Irish-Catholic Church and Class Valedictorian at Harvard. 😮
Your joke is totally stupid and makes no sense.
kids parents should be held liable for the damages as well. consider it justice for doing such a piss poor job at parenting.
Usually parents are in this type of case
mom be livin off the welfare, ain't gonna pay for chit
If you commit adult crimes as a child, you should face justice as an adult.

@@MrPop1pop
Right it's not your machine that got stolen and it's not your cars that got damaged so why would you see this as a crime it does not affect you ya bloody sociopath.
@@jgestiot A 12-year-old child quite literally does not have the capacity to think like an adult until it's frontal lobe systems have matured quite a bit more. Because someone that young will not think like an adult, most kids around this age aren't charged like one even for very serious crimes, even if revenge justice would feel good to some people, and especially victims.
Someone that young might understand what they're doing is wrong (hence they should still be tried and if found guilty, sentenced), but they lack the ability to think through consequences or understand the extent of those consequences and at 12 they'll lack some impulse control even to "juvenile" things (precisely because they are a juvenile), and they have an increased need to take risks on top of those limitations in judgement.
It gets harder to weigh those options in deference to the child's age if the child causes someone else's death in the commission of a crime, but even then it's somewhat difficult to agree that trying someone as an adult, when they cannot actually contemplate their actions like an adult, is a good idea.
The kids been playing too much GTA. lmao
Tough Day. Dad got nailed in a Green Tahoe... and his son.. in a forklift. Always wondered what families did for entertainment..

Dayquann, "child" known to the police...scholars and pillars of society. No consequences for criminal behavior anymore. Oh hail St. Methhead, is what society proclaims.
At 12 I was begging my parents to stay up late so I could watch a Titanic documentary on the Discovery channel from 10-11PM. …my best friend and I were obsessed with ships, cars, planes, etc - would probably be considered the weird kid nowadays 😂
Say what you want, that kid is driving better than most old people, and he's not even driving a normal vehicle.
Wonder what the bumper sticker says on the parents car for that kid?
"Sparks of love"
“Fnck your honor student… my kid is a bada$$”
I’m thinking the kid, or future heavy equipment operator saw where the kid was being hidden while he was at school and figured his Instagram would blow up, and he’d be cool.
The boy "could be charged". Insane.
A 12 yr old? ..he's starting early. Now the parents have to pay for his antics
Big problems for the 12 years old boy.
Stealing, driving without driving licence, driving without lights, driving on the wrong side of the road, driving on the side walk, ignoring stop signs and multiple hit and run. And maybe more.
Forklift certified since age 12
How does a 12year old know how to drive ?????
That's their "culture".
Watch anybody else do it? We give kids Power Wheels now so they can practice driving at the age of 4 lmfao
Not hard in the States where there are almost no manual shifting cars and engines can be started by pressing a big red button that says ENGINE ON/OFF.
😂 you can't be asking a serious question...
There are multiple NASCAR drivers who learned on Sim racing and never actually drove a race car until they did.
How do you think people steal planes??? Sim games are super realistic
In 1976, at the age of 11, I taught myself how to drive during a blizzard by sneaking my sister’s car out at 2am.
It’s really not that hard.
Fast forward many years…
When my daughter was 9, I let her drive for the first time (on a dirt road in an industrial area on a Sunday) in my Jeep Wrangler with a 5 speed manual transmission.
"and a highway chase in a tahoe" I think the video start got cut just a tiny bit 😂
I would bet the kid would pull over faster if a window was taken out with a pepper ball. Just saying. Less property damage and just as arrested.
We need to ban Tahoe’s, there dangerous and look scary….and forklift’s too!!

Why was that other car hsving sparks coming out thr back of it ????

During the attempt to pit, the grill guard was bent down and forced under the car.
The officer pulled over, wrestled it off the car, threw it aside and got back into the chase.

How much you wanna' bet the key was hidden under the sun visor?

That forklift was driving slow enough at times they could have pulled up to it and jumped on it and stopped it! lol
Well that sounds like a wonderful idea!
thats an amazing idea that couldn't go wrong at all in any way
They probably didn’t have Indiana Jones on duty that night
That was me y’all haha! Wow, I knew it would be on UA-cam one day!
What was that car sparking in the beginning of this video? I thought that what was being chased?
Who names their kid DayQuil? Is his brother NyQuil?
Think they have a cousin named Ro’bitussin
Nevermind the kid, the fact a Tahoe can go 130mph is terrifying.
That kid is gonna be an Easter Egg character in the next GTA game.
I believe that to you should add some more context to where it is and city
Okay)
I'm surprised the police didn't try the PIT maneuver on the forklift 😂😂
If kid is well known for police, that means problem is with law. Kid thinks that kids can do anything without consequences and this is only start for journey.. Next time, someone can get hurt.. If after few small criminal acts, kid can be listed as recidivist and prosecuted as adult, this wouldn't happen again.. There needs to be some boundaries in law for minors too..
Obviously the kid on the construction vehicle has not been disciplined in his life. If my kid, he would have been taught right from wrong early on.
His dad was KillDozer. He taught him well.
Kind of reminds me of Joe Briben. Did they buy the kid some ice cream afterwards, and congratulate him?
these kind titles don't even surprise me anymore 😭
How wild that people that watch UA-cam didn't see this when it happened a year ago
Ngl, the telehandler chase was so ridiculously funny to watch 😂
Thats not a forklift its a freaking gradeall! An extremely heavy 4x4 telescoping material handler!
The kid definitely has a future as a construction worker! 😂
What’s the big deal? Kid is working to achieve the Forklift merit badge. Local Boy Scout troop. Dah!
Definitely got it for the ⭐⭐ GTA Rating!
The end of the forklift chase happened in my old stomping grounds and I used to work fairly close to where it began. He covered a bit of distance in that forklift. The Georgetown part you can bet he took out some nice cars I believe, it used to be a higher income part of town, I haven't worked around or been near there in 30 years it may have gone down but I really don't think it has.
Nope, still the same, but with more McMansion neighborhoods going up. For your understanding, I Brake For Jake is one way you know I'm a townie. If I am close to correct, his travels took him somewhere close to 10-15mi because of his looping.
@gordonsmith6539 that really doesn't surprise me.
I was betting a little further as it's just shy of 13 miles if he'd done a straight ( as possible ) shot to where he ended up. I almost bought a house on Gotfredson somewhere between Warren and Cherry hill back in the early 90s, they were talking about all the houses going in on Ford and Plymouth, for the extra they wanted for the area it wasn't worth it and the taxes were starting to get high.
@@TheWabbit that area is next, but there's a group or something keeping a section of that area from being developed and keeping it wild, fortunately.
"sideswiped" no, he straight up plowed that car into the front yard.

You cant leave the key under it. When the kids found that, they HAD to take it!
Imagine driving and seeing that forklift chase ensue.
The grow up so fast ❤ 🥰
Just like entering a cheat code on GTA and driving around a forklift 😂

That’s what I wana know 😂
the pushbar got damaged and stuck under the car the trooper pulled over a little later after the clip to remove the broken pushbar and got back into the chase
my Tahoe would shut down at 100 mph , found that out on I-75 in Kentucky , just trying to keep up
They see me rollin' They hatin' Patrollin' and tryna catch me ridin' dirty
Yeah, and don't forget all the damaged vehicles that he's gotta pay for; I said, "Don't forget all the damaged vehicles that he has to pay for!"
Is no one going to mention the cop car spewing sparks at the beginning of the video? Haha, he wasn't stopping, either! Smokey the Bear would be pissed.🤣
Why send kids to daycare?! They can drive forklifts! Send em to a Construction Job! :D
Parents need to discipline their kids!.
Well. A telehandler. At least he's not a professional assassin who retires on his 18th birthday.
Make the high speed chase at the beginning 2x speed!
Well, that was a telehandler, not a forklift, but still pretty wild enough.
That 12 year old must be related to Marvin Heemeyer.
Is that brian o conner in that first cop car? 😮 exhaust manifold failure 😂

I wouldn't have chased that Tahoe at those speeds just me. And the kid probably didn't have any raising about him. As my grandaddy and daddy would say. Right after I just got my ass whooping for some minor stupid shit. So I never think about stealing or anything like that
