I'm really enjoying these challenge vids, Altima. They require some nice strategy and really show off your skills as a Doom player. You make this shit look easy!

Hmm... I often wondered what a good challenge would be outside of Doom... Ah, I got it, Wolfenstein 3D: E6L7 with Pistol Start, and no Extra Life grab! HAHA!!! That should be a good one!
I tried once to do this map without killing the Cyberdemons one on one so they could infight. It didn't go too well. One Cyber got trapped in the mancubus room and another in the marble room with the demons! Interestingly enough the one secret in the map is a shared secret with the other revenant platform, but is there anyway to get to the other one
A little unfortunate that map 29 of HR2 didn't have great map design all the way through like cyberden. The opening water area is sick but the secondary areas feel so terrible looking compared to map 31 of plutonia. Any plans of doing map 29 of HR2? Even with my complaints on aesthetics, it's an interesting map that requires good strategy and executon and plays a lot like cyberden.

Did you actually get it on the 1st try just because you were just awake? This is the hardest d*** Doom can offer you, I can tell this. (Excluding Nightmare!)
I was thinking you could do a run of brutal doom, maybe on plutonia but whatever you think would be best would work too. Play it on the third highest difficulty at least though, higher if you wish. Also, love your doom videos, keep up the great work.
spd7693 I just went and looked at some tables. Assuming every pellet deals max damage, a Mastermind goes down in 14 shots. A Cyberdemon goes down in 19. Assuming an average though, 14 - 15 for the Mastermind and 20 for the Cyberdemon. Again, this is assuming every pellet hits, which is almost never the case as you have to factor in randomized spread, distance, other monsters in the vicinity, etc. 25 is a safe number.
***** Then how did I kill the cyberdemon on Memento Mori map 27 with 17 blasts? (And took no damage from him without using the invulnerability.) I had exactly 50 shells less after that but I swear I missed him at least 8 times.
***** Speaking of MM, I wish I had recorded my last run on map 28. (Though I cheated to find all secrets.) I wish you saw me killing the 1st 2 cybers with the SSG (because I had not enough cells and rockets, so I was forced to use the SSG.) Sometimes I'm really surprised by my skills. Sometimes I feel like a speedrunner and sometimes I just miss shots by a mile or get hit by a random fireball.

Another great job and HIGHLY enjoyable. I know that these are a PITA, but please consider doing more. How about Tombstone? That would be a challenge.

I think you mean source port, not emulator... and if I recall well, he uses GLBoom.
Love the music... how u kill cyberdemon in front of him with shotgun... while unhave rocket. Why r u not using on them?
