Come along as I step completely out of my comfort zone for an unscripted deep dive into the Dash IO Armory Deck, suggested sideboard and upgrade options!
I'll see what I can do. I typically don't add sideboards to these as I want people to play around. But will see if I can get a minute to do this. Just a few tips for now, Heist and Tick Tock clock are for the mirror match. Backup Blue, Convection Amplifier, Heavy Industry are for your longer/ fatigue matchups e.g.Guardians, Florian, Enigma, Signal Jammer for Azalea, Kano and sometimes it can be good for Viserai, Dissolution Sphere I like for Viserai and Vynnset. Dissolving shield I like in a few matchups where I care about break points and suprise damage example, Aurora, Mirror, Zen, Nuu.
Thank you for this! I just pre-ordered the deck as I wanted to pick up Dash and maybe play a bit more competitive (I usually play casual), and Dash seemed simple enough and like a lot of fun, but she LLed in Blitz and will LL soon in CC 🥲 So I'm looking forward to that. Quick question: do you plan on covering Data Doll? I wanted to play her in Blitz as well because she looks pretty cool but ppl say she's not viable without Dash's weapon 🥲
@@thefabworkshop thank you for your answer! As I'm new to the game and don't understand all the relationships between card, I don't fully understand yet why that is: would it be ok to explain it in a few words please? I would be thankful as I'm trying to understand the game better. Also, as they have now basically merged Data Doll with Dash, do you think they will ever come back and make Data Doll viable or do you think they will leave it at that? I feel like they will leave her in a corner 🙁
With Data Dolls intellect being at 3, the amount of times she can attack with cards is a little more limited. Her attack pattern is attack action boost, pitch into Teklo foundry heart, if you hit an item with crank while boosting, crank, shoot pistol a few times with the excess resources. Teklo Plasma pistol enabled multiple shots cause it’s not limited to once per turn, all other weapons she has access to just wouldn’t function with her intellect of 3.
When you talk about Hyper Scrapper, one example you use is banishing 8 items, resulting in 10 power. I am a new player, so apologise if this is obvious, but doesn't banishing 8 items also mean paying 8 resource as cost to play Hyper Scrapper? Now, maybe this is very achievable, but as a newbie this seems almost impossible. Wouldn't that mean I need to pitch nearly my whole hand and use some equipment on top?
This is definitely possible, especially when combined with Backup Protocol Blue. It's a card you’ll want to play in the late game, ideally during your second cycle when most of your deck consists of blue cards. It helps you gain the upper hand in slower or fatigue matchups, providing a way to counterattack when your deck is running low on threats.

I love Data Doll but I will have to agree, until she gets a new weapon, I don’t see how she could function.
