This game has nothing but unlocks and meta stuff. They managed to do it in a fun way. Definitely grindy but everything feels worth it. All unlocks serve an actual purpose. The only thing that I find negative is that after a while the weapons feel like a hindrance. Accidentally grabbing them when you didn't mean to because the mobs surround you unexpectedly it feels bad. Other than that this is my survivor/bullet hell of the year. The environment being so interactive feels nice.
This is brilliant, love this flavour. Reminds me of double dragon…how’s that for a prehistoric reference.
DD is still relevant. Theres a new game in the works actually.
Since the main character is a Jackie Chan type, hopefully they will add two-player couch co-op and add a Michelle Yeoh type character as well! Give us sammo hung and Yuen Biao too and it'd be SWEET! The final extra character should be a Bruce Lee type. Hell, give us Jet Li and Donnie yen too. Now I'm getting ahead of myself because I'm thinking of Tony jaa Michael Jai White...damn!

He kind of did. 7:11 The character is clearly ripping off Jackie for looks. Kind of hard to miss.

@@rickirosss Maybe Jackie was not as big Dununda! (Down under) As soon as I saw the opening load screen I thought Jackie Chan/Rumble in the Bronx but he looks 3/4 American Indian? 🤣I had to check it was not a actual Jackie Chan game.
