Really appreciate you including the weights of each new balance shoe. I've been looking for something light for my jogs and the 515 looks like a good option.
574 has always been one of my favorite new balances. I have about 3 pairs of them and they are great for all day wear. The 550 are also really good shoes that I recommend as well.

Recently I bought a pair of 515 so I went to check this out and after hearing about them I made the right choice since I got wide feet 👍🏽
I think NB makes different widths but maybe the standard D width bc they are wider fitted you,

Super helpful new balance guide! 515 is great but I found that it fits small. 574 is great and will probably add to my collection
Is the 515 sizing like other brands like Nike and Adidas? They seem wider and the guy in the video said they were wider. Meaning not much support and wiggly if you have slender feet.
I love the look of the 574, but I personally found the toe box a little small. If you have wide feet, I'd consider getting the wide version.

530 are underrated! one of my favorite new balance sneakers. The lux suede looks a little funky but the regular trainers are where its at
I know I’m late, but you’re not totally right about the 515 model not standing the test of time. I got them in 2016, wore them every day in high school, and now I’m 23 and they’re still almost fully together. The only thing is, they went from gray to yellow tan. But that’s just the dirt and dust. Considering I only got them for $30 I’d say it was worth it

I have a 574 and 373 also , but for 574 the size is UK 7.5 and when I bought the 373, UK 7.5 is too tight for me hence I had to go for UK 8. Does it happen with other models also ?
Honestly I think so. I purchased a pair of 515’s In my true size of US8.5/EUR42 and when I put them on my toes were totally smushed. So uncomfortable. Full disclosure, I’m a short guy with small feet, definitely not wide. Thinking my best bet is to size up half a size. Hopefully this helps. Cheers.
Don’t they state both the US and UK size on every NB shoes? Today I both 2 used NB shoes from a sidewalk sale and the guy selling said they were both men. But I looked on the sizing and they also have the euro size on the label and knew one was women’s. But the women pair worked out bc you’re suppose to add a size and a half to convert women’s to men’s size. Plus it was black and you could tell it was a women’s shoes or don’t look like a women’s sneaker.

I got a black and gray pair of 515s.
I really like these shoes but there's almost no tread on the bottom. It's mostly just flat. I do not like this one bit.
Since you got a major UA-cam channel, maybe you can contact New Balance and tell them to improve the tread on the 515.
I have a pair of 515 and 574 and the soles are the same and flat on both. So maybe it’s NB’s standard sole they use on many of their sneakers?

515 fits a bit wider. 574 go TTS and 530 fits snug
515 being wider but you buy your size? Meaning if you wear size 9 in Nike and Adidas, you buy the 515 in size 9?
@@jacknjill3000I bought it in my true size and it fits me well. I have an adidas court 2.0, Nike court vision lo and Nike Killshot in the same size. (For Vans I need to size up). I hope it helps.

Wow and still a price difference with Levi’s in Europe? In the late 80’s, I used to go to resale clothing store and buy Levi’s and send the to my friend in Germany and she would sell them for me. Back then the Levi’s 501 was in demand and the faded used one and in good shape sold fast for me and my friend in Germany. I’m sure they would have done great in England , France and Italy also bc that was the look everyone was going for back then,
I have multiple questions for the 574. First one, do you think this shoe will be hood for basketball? Second, do you think it will be good on turf? And third is it a top 10 new balance shoe?
These will be very bad for basketball and turf. 574 is a top 10 for casual every day walking shoes and nothing else
I think you chose the wrong 530. The lux suede version isnt that popular and probably not the best. The classic 530 would be a better choice and wouldve done better in your rankings
