In theory an air fryer should be the perfect tool for a soufflé, since it’s really just a tiny convection oven capable of getting up to temp very quickly. The trick is to make sure the chamber and door have enough clearance for the soufflé to be able to exit gracefully without losing its top. Thanks again for another great vid!

My air fryer has become a tool to reheat food and a wing maker. You can use whatever seasoning you want and throw wings in there for 22 mins on the highest setting and they're perfect every time.
