For those people who can't figure out why they're playing Aerosmith, or any other band besides LED zeppelin, is because led Zeppelin doesn't let anyone play their songs on UA-cam usually. I would have chose some kind of classical music or something myself.....
You would be correct. I think it’s more of their publisher or whoever looks after them. I think Record companies I believe hire people to actually police that type of stuff. I think it’s dumb because they would get so much more exposure right now to a whole new a wider audience. Maybe a band like zeppelin do need that but a lot of other bands do this as well who could use more exposure to their music. I really don’t understand it.
Finally. Someone knows. About time that there's a great musical artist from the past (pick your decade) that has figured it out and doesn't feel the need to sell themselves out by allowing their songs to be used in a car commercial. I'm sure some artists have no choice or they NEED whatever revenue that comes from it. Good to know that that's not always the case.

@@Klara-mc8ed This interview was an example of him being funny.... Robert gets a cheeky smile and said "Try to dress to the right." If you know what that means....it's very funny. The interviewer cracked up and so did Robert. What it refers to is when the was young and on tour all the time, it was the fashion to be wearing very tight, hip hugger jeans w flared legs. They had to be tight, or they would fall off. Robert wore them quite tight and "dressing to the right/or left" refers to which direction a male tucks his package in their pants. It's a tailors term and it's important to know when measuring a male so you can avoid touching inappropriately. At any rate, seeing Robert in his younger years, one can see very clearly which way he "dresses" especially in any still photos taken of full form. He did not however dress to the right. Definitely to the left. ❤️❣️❤️ He's funny. I'm seeing him and Allison Krause on 8/9/24 at the Kettlehouse Amphitheatre in Bonner MT. It's a beautiful outdoor venue and I am so looking forward to it. It's likely the last time I will be able to see him perform, he's 76 now, his voice is still beautiful but no telling how much longer he will continue to perform and neither of us are getting younger. I saw Led Zeppelin 4 times as a young woman and absolutely loved them. "The Gods of Thunder" for sure and Robert absolutely was "The Golden God of Rock." If he says anything funny, I'll try to come back and tell you.

Oh well. Aerosmith wished they could be Led Zeppelin ___ except when they thought they were the Stones.
Or no music and just the laugh track re-edited long enough to finish the video's length
Bach's buree would've been perfect
I've seen many of his interviews. Plant is a genuinely funny man. lol
@@williamdemarco412 what was funny?
Agreed. And great at innuendo...besides being left handed...lefties are different.
he lives a 5 minute walk from me and i see him in the pub a fair bit, he’s a very sound guy but he likes to be left alone and treated like a normal person rather than a celebrity. saw him in a indian restaurant on mothers day too
@Boris-dq3ub Thanks Boris⚘️Your sharing was nice☘️
@@Klara-mc8ed This interview was an example of him being funny....
Robert gets a cheeky smile and said "Try to dress to the right."
If you know what that means....it's very funny.
He's funny.
Love Robert Plant, Zepplin, forever! And yea dress right- really LOVE THAT CHOICE!! THANKS!
One of the Sexiest Men Alive. Love his style!
Cheers! 🥂
He certainly is….
Robert or Greta?

Ew what the heck
I saw them in 1973 as I remember it. Greatest front man ever and a phenomenal live show.
Also 73. Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Kezar Stadium 73. Lots of famous photos from that show including Robert with a dove in his hand.
Oh is this where all the Zep in 73 hang out? Saw them at the LA Forum, fourth album and Houses of the Holy. Also Plant solo once. Unforgettable... that's what they were. You'll not see nothing like the mighty Zep!
You’re So lucky wish I had 🎉

I was offered tickets to see the Stones in 1970- couldn't go. Saw Cream in 1968 for $8 a seat!
The comedy timing was perfect.
Looking forward to watching him perform here in August.
It will be the first time live for me, but just couldn’t pass up the opportunity to see this legend, who has inspired, and influenced, so many great artist over all these years!
OMG I want so bad to go but tickets were already sold in the location I was planning to go
Oh my God! The best perfection Legend forever number 1...Love every song 🎶 he sings! So talented and beautiful!!! ❤️🎤👏👏Love ❤you ❤✌️🍀🌸🎤Robert 💕👏🎶
Robert is a funny man who can chuckle at his past incarnations...lol
When you Robert Plant everyone laugh at your jokes no matter how corney it is.
As kids we grew up laughing at and with Percy when he appeared on Saturday Morning slightly adulterated kids show Tiswas, he certainly enjoyed a good laugh.
@@miamibeachsunnydays8274
Reference to Roberts rock God status and his tight jeans showing HE dressed to the left his jeans used to be so tight it showed Robert was always laying to the left in his jeans. So to this young Robert Plant impersonator to dress to the right so he shows to the right if the kid has anything to shoe.
Robert was sexy AF back in the day
But average endowment

Que cool Robert Plant . Lo mejor de los 70’s ❤❤❤❤
Best interview ever...with illustration!!!
The clip uses Aerosmith’s “Dream On”??
Strange
In other words, there's a fat chance he'll get it right. There is only one Robert Plant
LZ doesn't allow their songs to be used without permission. Even cover tunes on YT are demonitized or taken down. You want to play them you gotta pay them.
It's actually Eminem
I will never understand clips that do this. I think it's on purpose 😂
And if you're going through airport security, don't wrap your cucumber in aluminum foil.
Yaaaas, King! I see you Mr. Plant... 😘❤🤪
Makes me want to find a life-size poster of him in the 70's!!!

Would love one as well! 🌶️💕
You have the best hair!❤
Yep. I had a girl friend (in Jr High 1971)ask me if I would like to be with Robert he's sure cute. . I said no , he would probably raid my wardrobe. (Thanks Sheryl Stewart RIP)
Haha 😂. Rip Sheryl…
What happened to your friend?
😂😂😂 Great advice and Happy Birthday to you! 😊
Gotta love him! Can't wait for Sunday... seeing him live here in Southend!
When I was a Teenager.
I saw Led Zeppelin in

Thats GREAT, especially when they only played there 8 times, WOW !!

Amazes me how many rock stars refuse to give up the “look” in their old age, still rocking long hair and all that lol
Yes, it was awkward putting some Zeppelin posters up as a teen...
So true, and it made it hard to concentrate on anything else with that staring you in the face, lol. He certainly knew what he was doing with those jeans where women were concerned.

But, he was a rocker so gals don't care!
Shame they couldn't have picked a Led Zeppelin song. I totally knew what he meant. That's why a good friend of mine has renamed the movie, the album, The Dong Remains the Same
and here is was thinking that the ''dream on'' was for his dong and that the other guys don,t have that.
maybe im thinking too much

I never knew Robert Plant did backing vocals on Aerosmith's Dream On. My mind is blown.
Damn.. just when you thought you knew alot about jimmy. Awesome facts.
He didn’t. That was an Aerosmith song genius. Its called Dream On, written and performed by Aerosmith. Get with the times man..
@Daniel Gerald Okay. I'm sorry you didn't realize I was being sarcastic.
Man, I had the hots for him in high school! I very much appreciated his dressing "to the right". 🤭😏
Bro dressed left, though
Very, very funny, Robert!

WELL DONE.
GOOD ANSWER...😛🤪🤪😝
Can you please write down his answer? I just cant catch the meaning?
@@danielevignatelli6087I couldn’t figure it out either but scrolling through the comments, I think he says “try and dress to the right” and apparently it’s a reference to how his dick was positioned while he performed and if you look at all the pics you can see his package clearly displayed on his left side so I guess shift yours to the right because you’re not Robert plant? Not sure lol but I think that’s it
You're exactly right!
Saw Led Zeppelin in 77 at the LA Forum.. Robert dressed to the right that night! lol! I haven’t been the same since!

Did you bother to check his photos? Very plain to see!
Not a daft idea, nothing of
note there!
But… he was ‘dressed’ to the left in every photo 😂 Plus, why is the wrong band playing in the soundtrack!?!?! 😢
You caught that eeh, Robert always hung to the left.
He’s probably suggesting to do it a bit differently.
maybe because the other cover band singers likely don,t have a dingeling like his hence the ''dream on''
Remember, those film cameras reversed every image..but yeah, that Zep classic dream on made a lot of sense...welcome to the Idiotic generation.
THAT'S the irony of his comment- hence the laughter....
He he, Love to Robert 🙏😊
