I've had a balance board for years. I love it, so far I've mainly used it for balancing in the most normal possible way. Thanks for the ideas to make the most of it ❤
Good video, thank you. Doing anything, whether it is squats, stretching or balancing helps… You seem to have the space in your home gym. Why wouldn’t you just strap into your actual snowboard and do presses (facing uphill/downhill/90 degrees), 180s, ollies, nollies, balancing exercises, etc? Seems like that would translate over a bit better.

No worries. You bought a balance board to improve at snowboarding? It may help fitness and balance overall but the best way to improve getting better at snowboarding is actually snowboarding.
@@MobilityDuo The instructors in Turkey are very bad. I rented a snowboard in Sarıkamış in 2021. I fell very badly after 30 seconds and turned over. I took snowboard lessons from the instructor in 2022. I managed to get down the mountain. I only slid with my heel. I did not try the front edge. In 2023, I tried the front edge, that is, backwards, but it did not work on my own. Now I can only ski the back edge. I went on a snowboarding holiday with my 6-year-old daughter last winter. I want to learn the turns now. I spent a total of 6 days on the mountain.
