Honest question: how challenging is rowing? Every video I've seen of people rowing makes it look easy. Granted, they're only rowing for a few seconds to demonstrate, but how hard would a rower get me breathing and sweating?
@@mr_knowitall I’m surprised no one answered you… Rowing machine is (if you want it to be) easily the most exhausting machine you’ll find in the gym (apart from possibly the Ski Erg). I can sit on a bike or run on a treadmill for a good while, even at what feels like a pretty high intensity, but only a rowing machine has the power to totally destroy me in a matter of minutes. Alternatively you can go gentle for a long time and still get a great workout. On no other machine can you burn 1,500+ kcal/hour (if you’re fit enough)
Exactly right.. wondering all this while... looking forward to get one of the concept 2 rower for my retirement this year..must be extremely exciting..would like to encourage more people to use this machine in my country...more exposure to the locals.
I got both the Row Your Fat Off eBooks: 4 week starting guide and the 8 week plan and highly recommend both. I have just completed the 4 week program. The guide provides an excellent description of proper rowing technique and answers many beginner questions. It has a very approachable style - like having Austin beside you, explaining things. How great is that? The 4-week program is excellent. Each week has a “focus” - so you know what you are working for and the purpose of the workout. The actual workouts are varied and laid out well so you are not overwhelmed. The plan is designed to encourage success and instill the habit of fitness. Once completed you will be a better rower but more importantly, you will be a smarter rower. You will understand the different types of workouts and what their purposes are. Thanks Austin - you are a great coach!
Thanks for this video. Coming in two years late, but this has been helpful for me. I've got a rowing machine on its way so I've been looking at form and general what-to-know-before-you-start. For me the goal is to improve orthostatic tolerance. I have a condition that makes standing and upright exercise (like on a bike, running, elliptical) impossible, and the best way to improve it in the long term is a combination of meds and controlled specific exercise, and rowing is one of those exercises. Hoping to avoid injuries by getting it right or as right as possible from the start!
Firstly thanks for your rowing vids, I have found them very interesting and informative. I started indoor rowing some 20months ago as part of my rehab from a triple heart by-pass op - the rowing machine was something I always avoided when I was a gym bunny in my 40's far too much effort needed. But now it has become my best friend due to what you get out of it against the time and effort spent on it. I have progressed from 5 mins 1000mts and being shot to a 3k Mon - 4k Tues & a 5k Fri at a pace of 500mts / 2.30mins which I don't think is bad for an unfit 59yr old with a scarred left side heart in about 5-6months. I have just had my technique looked at today by the gym instructor who is NO rowing expert btw and my form is not bad but sounds like I do the almost vertical row - think I pivot maybe 11.55 to 12.55. I am going to try the feet out tmoz when I go for my 5k Friday ignoring my pace time but working on the technique for the duration and see if I can feel anything in my core - wish me luck lol, I am also using your lowering the foot position tip due too belly fat gut and the dip thing with the handle. *** 29/10/2021 Update to above:- well I tried the feet out, foot plate lowered and little dip down on the return to ease the shoulders on todays 5k session - my split time was off as expected and 5k in 28.30mins as opposed to 25mins or less - BUT I can defo feel something in my gut / sides that I had not previously and feel sure I felt my core was engaged most of the way through. More practice needed but will adopt this again and try to stick with it - no falling of as yet thank god.
(I am rowing to take load off my joints from running distance) after watching this, the form video, and the common mistakes video, I rowed 5000m in 21 minutes second try. First session I focused very heavily on form and second I focused on maintaining a 2:10/500m pace :D
Bought the e-books before lockdown in the UK, and completed the first one. Then lockdown, and didn’t get back to the gym for 18 months. Now joined a new gym and started on the 4 week program again. Had forgotten all the basics, but picked them up again. Now on the last week of the program and really loving it - much easier than running on the treadmill, so its easy to be consistent. Thanks Austin
I am an intermediate rower and these are the very best videos on rowing that I have watched. Everything explained in total detail. I like to revisit them to refresh my memory on technique and how to program the PM5 monitor. Thank you so much
I'm new to rowing. I reviewed your videos before purchasing my first rowing machine, a Circuit Fitness Deluxe. Your tips were extremely helpful in deciding which was right for me. Thank you!

I'm saving videos for now. and someone mentioned Training Tall on the Aviron Group. I just ordered the Aviron and am really excited. I'll be a beginner for a while. Just hope to have good form and do it correctly.
Jeff B it’s a good workout, I bought it for the winter months when I can’t get anyone to go mountain biking, so the rower won’t see much action in summer time, but it gets my heart rate up and makes you breathe hard
Hey Austin, I have been binging through your videos this week as I placed an order for a Model D last Friday. This video could not have come at a better time!
I am a beginner rower. Just received my hydrow. I was having trouble with following the instructions of basic row on Hydrow. This video is very helpful. I am going to try your recommendations. I had one question: can you map the breathing cycle (inhale / exhale) over the rowing stroke?
Hey! I dont know if you answer questions on here... But I got a rower for Christmas. I'm 300lbs. I'm on day 5 of rowing every other day for 25minutes hitting at least 5,000meters within that time. My goal is 100lbs lost in 10 months & I'm on Keto. Is this a good rowing workout for my goal? Is their something better? Also, sorry I'm asking this BEFORE I watch the video. I left a like before watching it too if that makes up for it!😂
Haha thanks for your support! The only thing I would say is that your rowing routine does not sound very "fun". Even though it is clearly subjective, to find TRUE success with rowing, you HAVE TO stick with it. So if you can row for 25 minutes every single day, for most likely 500 days in a row, then you'll most likely find success! But it will take a ton of discipline! I highly recommend one of my rowing plans or my follow along app to keep things more interesting to keep you excited and engaged throughout your rowing journey! Best of luck to you my friend!
@@trainingtall Thank you so much for even replying! I will get the app and switch things up for sure! I think you're right, it might be easier to stick with now but later on will become a big chore. Thank you again for responding!
10 pounds / month in weight loss journey? I am not a doctor, nor coach, but it seems rather unhealthy and unrealistic. In the beginning your weight loss can be faster (maybe even 2 pounds / week), but as the weight falls down the speed of loosing weight will decrease. I hope, you talked with your doctor about it. And ask him about keto, it does not necessarily have to work the way the folks say. Rather the fat burns in the fire of carbs. The clou is the caloric deficit: every 7000 calories of deficit equals to 1 kg of body weight. Even if you eat pure white sugar - but less calories than you expend (however you would loose not only weight, but also health this way). On keto, if you were told, that you can eat as much as you want, but no carbs and you loose weight - it was a lie. You can eat what you want, you will loose weight only if your caloric intake is less than caloric expenditure. Period. The only variable in this equation is your health. The quality of your diet and sport manages the health variable, weight is managed solely by caloric deficit. But as I said: consult your physician, because keto can be beneficial in some health conditions. But - I wish you the success! You undertook the proper way.
@@pokrec I lost 54lbs in about 7 months being super lazy with keto and doing minimal weight stuff before covid hit. It's perfectly healthy and fine to lose that much weight in 10 months. You can honestly lose a lot more than 100lbs in that time frame if you stick to it and never cheat and keep consistent while adding exercise.
Concept 2 right? Where did you get it? Seems concept 2 have a problem with meeting demand, at least in Europe. I've heard their production has been shut down due to COVID?
@@JB-xl2jc very much so! I haven't lived a very active life, so it was (and still can be) difficult to maintain a routine. (I also hurt my back in an unrelated event which set me back a few weeks). It's fun, convenient, and provides a great exercise. Biggest issue for me is that it can be kinda boring compared to outdoor activities like biking, and you have to consistently watch your form.
Hey Austin, thanks for your videos, they’re all really helpful and I’ve been subscribed to you for a number of years now. Even the beginner videos are still useful for me! I don’t know if you’re working on another book, but one thing that would REALLY help me would be like a 3 month workout and health plan for weight loss and improved fitness, obviously primarily around the rower but with some freeweight suggestions also, and perhaps most importantly a complimentary diet plan! What I have found with myself, and I lose and gain a lot of weight regularly, is that removing all the barriers to being healthy is the biggest thing. An example was going to the gym… it was expensive, and also quite out of the way and I struggled to fit it in my routine. Solution? Buy a C2 for only slightly more than a years gym, and it’s removed like an hour extra of time I didn’t have for transport to the gym and all the faff. Anyway what I’m getting at is if you were able to compile a pretty foolproof and accessible workout and diet plan that people can just mindlessly follow, it’d be a HUGE help for me (at least) and I imagine many others! Certainly speaking with friends this has been a big shared barrier - contradicting/misinformation everywhere on the internet, as well as having to spend ages sorting through it to try and come up with something you *think* is good. Just having a plan where someone else can share their experience for the best results… Easy peasy. Anyway just a thought! Thanks for all you do!
Thank you very much! Anyone knows the weight of the handlebar? I just bought a handlebar for weight/cable, it's about 2.2kg, which may be on the heavy side??
I bought a proform r10 rower is this going to be a good rower for helping with losing weight? Not looking to be a competitive rower just want a high quality low impact workout.
Thank you for all the help. I have been watching your videos for the past week. I think of grabbing the sunny SF-RW5809; the other model you suggested, 5910, is crazy pricey and rare now. I grab this model because it is water plus mag; I would love to get your thoughts on it. Thank you again.
Low to moderate intensity long duration exercise above your aerobic threshold is where it's at for weight loss. I was a long distance cyclist years ago, and trust me, if you put in two or three hours a day on a bike about half-way into your areobic zone WILL burn fat. The first hour or so you're only gonna burn blood glucose in your aerobic zone, which is good, but not ideal for weight loss. Above your aerobic threshold, you're using muscle glycogen (stored sugar) which quickly depletes, leading to exhaustion. This is great for building strength and power, but not for burning fat. The way I learned to pace myself on long rides was to keep my intensity at a level where I could carry on a conversation while breaking a good sweat, but not working so hard that I was gasping for breath, unless I was climbing a mountain or something. Even then, you have to pace yourself. Most people hop on bike or rower for 20 minutes and think that's gonna make them burn off those thousands of Big Macs, fries and cokes they've been slamming for decades in two weeks. Sorry - that's not how it works. Go on a low carb diet, and spend 10 to 20 hours a week in your aerobic zone for 10 weeks, and you can lose 10-15 lbs of blubber safely, assuming you haven't already calcified your arteries eating all that garbage. As a bonus, your metabolic health with improve and you might reverse or avoid type 2 diabetes. Again - go long - not hard.
Hello Austin, I recently got a Bowflex Revolution which has a rowing attachment and was wondering if you think that would be good enough to do the rowing exercises that you offer in your book or if I should start saving up now for a legit rowing machine. I decided to start rowing because walking/running really hurts my knees at the moment. Great video by the way you definitely make learning how to row fun and enjoyable!
been watching some of your vids for a bit now and they get me all pumped up wanting one but i have a small space and would do better for a fold up one could you tell me if you know which of the affordable ones are actually good? or anyone else if you know pls lmk i'd appreciate it i wanna dive right in to it especially as i gets colder here i need a replacement hobby from walking and running
New to rowing- Would love any advise on modifying my foot position and shortening my recovery to address my bilateral Osteoarthritis in my knees and some *New *medial meniscus pain. I'm absolutely loving rowing. And now have my first symptoms of medial meniscus pain! I've been told to not Pull all the way back and set my footing to 5 and also to 2. Lots of varied advice. Am i over extending my knees on the recovery? Do I need to not pull back completely?
Hello there! Awesome video and channel, thank you for all! I’m a beginner in the rowing department and I’m doing it majority to build some muscles and cardio at the same time (I don’t have much time to spend at the gym with both weight lifting and aerobics). I got your idea of doing 3 series of 20 minutes with a 20-24 strokes/min, but how often do you think that I should row considering my goal (3 times/week? More? Everyday?)? Thank you!!
I'm afraid to recommend rowing to my loved ones because in so many of the videos I hear the "lower back injury" warning. If one approaches it right can it also solve lower back issues by strengthening the lower back?
I would like to start rowing. Im a heavy person (a lot of belly and back fat). Is rowing a good workout for me to start out with? I wonder because I know my belly will get in the way and I feel it'll interfere with my form.
Those are Jim Carrey socks, aren't they? 😂 Great instruction as usual, and thanks. My rowing intensity has really improved thanks to you! My machine is an old New Balance 5k 3300 I got for free from a neighbor, it needs a new computer, among other stuff. Is it worth trying to fix this or should I bite the bullet and get on the Concept 2 list?
I like your videos and I think you are an amazing rower, I would be happy to see a Challenge against Cameron Buchan (maybe a 2k or a long distance), do you think that is it possible?
Any recommendations for rowing apps, videos, or training programs if my rower has almost no useful metrics (Sunny magnetic)? Most of the videos, etc. that I've seen depend on knowing your split.
Hi Austin I always get a great laugh from your videos, informative and humorous, Am a 60 yr old row 10k a day 6 days a week, now getting little new pain, can that be a rowing issue? Sorry for the dumb question
@@mikegranlund9477 could be arthritis in the kneecap, or you may need a ‘scope & clean’ to even wear on the back of the kneecap. Ask me how I know... 😂😒
@@drumsnbass ha, I imagine you have had knee issues, x-ray didn't show arthritis, between mtbing and rowing it's alot of repetition, did you get yours back to a satisfactory state?
When you are sliding forward do you want your knees to be as straight up as you can or is it ok if they kick out to the sides a little? I've just added rowing to my workout to help with weight loss and I don't feel like my form is very good.
You’ve gotten your doctor go-ahead, and that’s perfect, but listen to your own body! And def start slow. Make sure your abdomen is healed. I was shocked at how bad my rowing/fitness had gotten just not doing it for several months during quarantine, and I hadn’t had major abdominal surgery like you’ve had. Don’t lose heart if you’re struggling-you will progress. Or maybe you’ll jump right in and be awesome. The point is go at your speed. Congrats on your new little one, Mommy!
Thank you for this, it is really helpful... My problem is my rowing maching (due to finance issue) is Decathlon DOMYOS 500, which is magnetic, and has steady count of 5meters per pull, no matter the difficulty, so no matter how "hard" I row, or sweat, I'll always be on 3:40/500m with pace of 28SPM, whether I row on 1 or 15 difficulty, and that kills me.... I don't know how else to measure things on rowing machine, so I just do 3 kilometers drill (from the mobile app) with 2 min warmup, and then keeping steady on 26SPM (as machine says). That puts me around 22-24 min for 3KM, which ny your videos is slow :D as I've seen you say 2 something minutes for 500m, and my machine says 3:40 :D :D :D (also for reference I'm 192/110/38yo, ex hockey player, and I am not "weak" guy, so hopefully this will help me lose some extra weight I've gained since stopped playing hockey :) Keep up to good work kind sir!
@@plectify apart from heartrate monitor belt which was dead after a month (don't ask :)), I still use it. Sturdy and good as day one, no creecking noises, seat is still good and I enjoy it. Hi there! I'm trying to keep my toes stick on the footmount, cuz I learned its correct form. I can make it in low stroke rate, but when i try to stroke faster, my toes get lifted, while heel is still stuck on the footmount. I guess its becuz I lean back too much to get longer stroke distance, and it makes my leg bounce, but not sure. Can you help me with this problem?
@@GaryMeacher you can search minimalist shoe on Amazon but I have easily towed with out shoes. Also I’ve heard of people rowing with Converse Chuck Taylor’s cause they have a thin sole.
Separating out the specific parts and tools for each of the seven step assembly process steps was brilliant on the part of the manufacturer. For the price, I am impressed at how sturdy this ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxvObaTzoHoHQLL4lHbJQmExHqsrZQm-f7 unit is and it does go together easily. Well, I was puzzled at first at Step 5 and maybe the instructions should mention that rail #62 needs to be tilted upwards a little to get the rail to fit into the main part #44. I like it that the rower can be stored vertically in a really small amount of space, but be forewarned that this rower is top heavy and for safety you'll need at least two bungee cords to keep the unit upright, attaching them to something; in my case to a third garage door. I have had this unit only a short time, and I will post an update once I've had it for a year. As for working your legs, I have to admit that I'm mainly rowing for upper body strength and I use other forms of exercise for leg strength (like walking fast, biking, or using a trampoline. But if you pull as far forward as possible, then you can give preference to your legs for the first 4 feet or so of travel. I also admit to not taking the two electronic connectors apart at Step 7. I simply inserted the two batteries while the other parts remained connected. By the way, there is plenty of resistance here, even in the lowest resistance settings. Kudos to Sunny Health & Fitness !
Can you improve your split, whilst maintaining the same stroke, i didnt quite understand when Austin explained. So if i push harder, but keep the same stroke rate i'll go faster (imagine i was in a boat).
Yes, that’s right. I got better results by slowing my stroke rate down to 20-22 and aiming for my best split/500m. Austin is right that the stroke rate is not the boat speed, it’s about how much power you put into each stroke. I find a lower stroke rate lets me use more power on each stroke and get a small rest on the recovery part of the stroke to keep up more power for longer.
@@josiemcleod9877 i'm going to experiement with it, and make sure i'm getting it right. Very helpful, thank you! I expect i'll find it hard not to speed up and not concentrate enough to push properly! 😱
Yes, it does take a bit of concentration to keep the power high, but when it wanes I generally get it back fairly quickly and the rest helps keep going better for the next few minutes. Once you have the new rhythm you’ll be set, it will only take a couple of rows to get that automatic.
Hitting the foot plate too hard at the end of the recovery before taking the catch is a very likely cause. You can still hit it hard on the drive getting those splits down but just as important is the control on the recovery - look to aim for a ratio of 2:1 time on recovery to time on the drive. If you were rowing a boat, smashing onto the footplate before the catch kills the boat speed, on the ergo it just nudges the machine forwards 😎
Not a problem (a crucial element missing from a lot of ergo videos - worth watching rowing/coaching videos to see the difference). Good luck and stick with it - technique will improve as will those splits 😎
Most 16 year olds still have some growing to do. Eat lots of protein and vegetables and don’t skip meals while you are growing, then you will optimise your genetics.

Just saw the women’s USA rowing teams and thought THIS looks like quite the whole body workout!! Thanks for this video 😊
Just got my Model D ordered the other day. Can't wait to get started!
Concept 2 right? Where did you get it? Seems concept 2 have a problem with meeting demand, at least in Europe. I've heard their production has been shut down due to COVID?
@@jonask7k7 I've been on their wait list for a while.
i ordered mine from concept2 italy and got it in about 10 days. 1250 euros delivery included
Now that you've had it for a few months, what do you think? Is rowing, and the Concept in particular, something you're still psyched for?
@@JB-xl2jc very much so! I haven't lived a very active life, so it was (and still can be) difficult to maintain a routine. (I also hurt my back in an unrelated event which set me back a few weeks).
It's fun, convenient, and provides a great exercise. Biggest issue for me is that it can be kinda boring compared to outdoor activities like biking, and you have to consistently watch your form.
Great vid man. Gonna be watching more of you soon. Just ordered myself a Nordictrack rower
Thanks for all you do!
wondering if i can row w/out shoes and strapping in b/c recovering from reallly bad skin chafing sores on my feet
Awesome!! Thank you 😊
Great video explaining the metrics well... Thanks heaps
What's the make and model of the rower shown in the video?
Im.69 been rowing since jan 15 I can row at this point a 23 min 5000m I want to break 20 that is my goal How can you help me ?
you are a crazy fun guy to watch! nice video! and i can tell you are passionate about this! cheers
Thanks mate , learnt a lot 😮
Great stuff- thank you.
been watching some of your vids for a bit now and they get me all pumped up wanting one but i have a small space and would do better for a fold up one could you tell me if you know which of the affordable ones are actually good? or anyone else if you know pls lmk i'd appreciate it i wanna dive right in to it especially as i gets colder here i need a replacement hobby from walking and running
Thank you for your video. I like all the advise. May I please ask you if I can row with a fractured big toe? Thank you.
Good question
It's 2023 💪
I would like to start rowing. Im a heavy person (a lot of belly and back fat). Is rowing a good workout for me to start out with? I wonder because I know my belly will get in the way and I feel it'll interfere with my form.
Those are Jim Carrey socks, aren't they? 😂
Great instruction as usual, and thanks. My rowing intensity has really improved thanks to you! My machine is an old New Balance 5k 3300 I got for free from a neighbor, it needs a new computer, among other stuff. Is it worth trying to fix this or should I bite the bullet and get on the Concept 2 list?
I'm restarting and would like to keep better record of progress. Does your app work including a tracker and does it work with the Water Rower module?
Hey mate love your videos really helpful. I'm currently rowing 45min sessions how many days a week is optimal? Thanks man keep up the good work🤙
I like your videos and I think you are an amazing rower, I would be happy to see a Challenge against Cameron Buchan (maybe a 2k or a long distance), do you think that is it possible?
I have a new Nordic-track RW300 and l don’t understand the monitor help
Any recommendations for rowing apps, videos, or training programs if my rower has almost no useful metrics (Sunny magnetic)? Most of the videos, etc. that I've seen depend on knowing your split.
I think my follow along videos on my app, JUST ROW, would still be great for you!
which rower are you using ?
cheers
Hey are you a Soundgarden fan by any chance?
Hi Austin
I always get a great laugh from your videos, informative and humorous,
Am a 60 yr old row 10k a day 6 days a week, now getting little new pain, can that be a rowing issue?
Sorry for the dumb question
Where’s the pain?
@@drumsnbass front of the knee, had in injection 4 months ago, x-ray showed nothing
@@mikegranlund9477 nope. I have arthritis in my knee caps & the cartilage in both kinda messed up. Things get painful I get them scoped & cleaned.
Cool looking machine!!
That was my first thought lol
When you are sliding forward do you want your knees to be as straight up as you can or is it ok if they kick out to the sides a little? I've just added rowing to my workout to help with weight loss and I don't feel like my form is very good.
When do you recommend to start rowing post c-section considering I have gone to my 6 wk check up and things are going well.
@@EPA3 Thank you. I had my 6 wk appointment this week and my dr said I could start rowing after 8 wks and just start slowly. She actually rows to😊
You’ve gotten your doctor go-ahead, and that’s perfect, but listen to your own body!
That puts me around 22-24 min for 3KM, which ny your videos is slow :D as I've seen you say 2 something minutes for 500m, and my machine says 3:40 :D :D :D
(also for reference I'm 192/110/38yo, ex hockey player, and I am not "weak" guy, so hopefully this will help me lose some extra weight I've gained since stopped playing hockey :)
Keep up to good work kind sir!
Erm would you still recommend Decathlon Domyos rower for a beginner? Because concept 2 is overpriced here at more than 1400USD
@@plectify apart from heartrate monitor belt which was dead after a month (don't ask :)), I still use it. Sturdy and good as day one, no creecking noises, seat is still good and I enjoy it. I don't rely much of it's display as I use sport watch to measure all that I need. for budget and health I can recommend it
I got a hydrow because of you. They should hire you.
Should you wear shoes on the rowing machine? And is it best to wear snug shorts so nothing gets snagged? If so, any recommendations?
The shoes Austin wears is linked in the description. They are fantastic I use them as well. -Chris
@@MakingaStink Thanks for pointing that out. I wish we could see the descriptions on the UA-cam app on my TV...lol
@@GaryMeacher you can search minimalist shoe on Amazon but I have easily towed with out shoes. Also I’ve heard of people rowing with Converse Chuck Taylor’s cause they have a thin sole.

thats a cool rowing machine what is it?
6'1 lady here wanting to start getting into rowing and I was like "Wow this persons 6'8! I can do this!"
You got this! My 6’3 girlfriend says hi and you GOT THIS!
Is this Trevor from WKUK?
What brad of shorts are you wearing?
Are u going to review the gymgear blade 2.0 rower?
If I can get my hands on it
Do you your own workouts on the Hydrow? Can you pause scenic rows to do a bootcamp style workout?
Thanks for your videos ☺️
Any recommendation for not "walking" while rowing? My rowing machine moves so much I walk through the room even with a soft Matt under it. THANKS
@@Nomads_Rowing thanks a lot. I will definitely correct it (or at least try to).
🙌
Not a problem (a crucial element missing from a lot of ergo videos - worth watching rowing/coaching videos to see the difference). Good luck and stick with it - technique will improve as will those splits 😎
6’8”??? WOW! Now THATS TALL
U do rock!!! 😁😍😃
Would this be considered a low impact exercise?
Yes!
Hey bro my age 16 and height is 5ft6 can I grow to 5ft10

@@trainingtall I looked at Hydrow but joined the Aviron Facebook group and ended up ordering it the other day. I've only rowed a couple times at the gym and not for long. I am out of shape.

We’ll slap me! I never knew Jim Carrey was a rower!
Step 1) pony up a grand or more to get a quality rower. ...until then, there's kettlebells and resistance bands and other similar stuff, lol
You’ve got the right idea my man
you should mount the camera in front of you, under the monitor. That way you don't always have to turn to the side to talk and demonstrate :)
I've found that the fact that I'm not wearing my glasses when I'm rowing makes it damn near impossible to see the monitor.
Can someone make 7:25 a gif? It's funny lol
so, why's it called a split?
Just like a mile on a track…. It’s 4 laps, each lap time is a “split time”.
because the total distance is split 4 ways. aha! 😄
How tall are you? Please reply
I said it in the video! 6 foot 8 (203cm)
