    低筋麵粉 Cake flour-150g
    高筋麵粉 Bread flour-50g
    泡打粉 Baking powder-5g
    奶油 Butter-30g
    砂糖 Sugar-60g
    雞蛋 Egg-1顆
    GODIVA巧克力 Chocolate
    紅寶石巧克力 Ruby Chocolate
    糖粉 Sugar powder
    Preparation
    (1) 30g of butter (room temperature)
    (2) 60g of sugar, mix it well with butter
    (3) 1 egg, beat it into egg liquid
    (4) Pour (3) into butter little by little for several times. Each time, make sure butter and egg liquid are fully mixed
    (5) 150g of cake flour (sift through a sieve)
    (6) 50g of bread flour (sift through a sieve)
    (7) 5g of baking powder (sift through a sieve)
    (8) Mix all ingredients well until it comes together
    (9) Separate the dough into 6 parts
    (10) Form each portion of dough into round doughnut shape by hand
    (11) Use toothpick to prick some holes on the surface of inner circle of doughnut
    Instruction
    (1) Pour in oil with a certain depth
    (2) Pre-heat the oil to 160℃(Deep fry it in low oil temperature)
    (3) Put in the doughnut with holes side down, and let them stay
    (while they form the shape, you can move it a bit)
    (4) Deep fry until light golden brown and flip it over (with the blunt side of chopsticks)
    (5) Deep-fry the other side until golden brown as well
    (6) Flip them over once again and keep deep-frying them until darker golden brown
    (7) Take the doughnuts out and put them on a stainless-steel rack to drain excess oil
    (8) Deep fry the rest of three doughnuts with same method
    (9) Sprinkle some powdered sugar on the original flavor doughnuts(optional)
    Glaze
    (1) Some dark chocolate
    (2) Some ruby chocolate
    (3) Melt chocolate over a bain-marie
    (4) Dip the doughnuts with chocolate glaze
