Still no discussion how you use Osteopathy to diagnose internal medicine problems ie and acute somatic dysfunction at thorasicic # 2 could be an anterior wall myocardial infarction { heart attack} or it could be from bronchial spasm from an acute asthma attack. After diagnosing which you can use osteopathy to quickly treat these internal medicine problems/ THE POINT Osteopathy is not some form of just physical therapy. It is a complete system of internal medicine.And when I did my training in the three year fellowship the doctor speaks of I did all the Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine consultations for a 900 bed hospital in all hospital departments from pediatrics to cardiology to intensive care unit to the emergency room.
