This is the single most adorable thing I've ever seen. It's like they're saying "I'm so happy that I'm having problems keeping it in mah noggin!" I want rats now.

@@burbuja9126 tell her the difference between Domesticated Rats and Wild Rats. Domesticated Rats usually do not bite and are known for being very friendly, they groom themselves a lot, they eat normal rodent food like veggies and fruits but can eat meat. Domesticated rats are also much smaller then wild rats.

Rats are really rewarding but unless you’re into litter training or cleaning after them in their cage everyday I’d steal clear 😂 there ALOT of work and require at least one vet visits yearly.

Dumbos are the sweetest. Even those in the feeder cages at the pet store are friendly. Best pet evar.
Actually, there is an observable difference in their temperament. Breeders and owners alike will tell you they are naturally sweet in nature. Have you ever had a dumbo?
Ohh my bad. Nope I haven't had a dumbo rat before but my friend does and I didn't see any differences. But thanks for correcting me :)). Now I have more knowledge about rats ^_^ Sorry about my grammar.

I rescue senior rats (very often only one rat is left and the owner doesn't want to get new ones) and the best thing IN THE WORLD is the first time they boggle in their new home.
It's weird that I have an extreme case of misophonia from teeth grinding but when rats do it it's the cutest thing ever

When rats are happy they grind their teeth, eventually they grind so fast that their jaw muscles pull at their eyes a bit.

I love when my girls purr like this. It's the sweetest, but at the same time creepiest, thing ever.
Imagine if humans did this. You make your mom real happy and she boggles, her eyes popping in and out. You kiss your girlfriend and the same thing happens. You sit in a room with your friends and they all boggle randomly to express their joy.
My pare of brother rats are 9 months old and are so excited and go go go when out of the cage. They don't have a lot of time for snuggles yet. But these two are adorable!!! 🐀
It still cracks me up at how rats are super thrilled about being clean. I mean once they're done fussing and drying off.

lol when my first pet rat boggled, her eyes freaked me out and I thought something was wrong with her. Then I got used to it, but I couldn't stop laughing at it.
I hadn't seen the boggling before and wasn't sure what I was looking for....until I saw it...

Rats love corn almost as much as me, I remember the great corn cob battle of 95 between Whiskers, and Fluffy, now Whiskers thought he was tough, but Fluffy was buff, and covered in fluff so Whiskers eventually lost the battle for the corn cob that day.
Rats having a built-in happy indicator is awesome. I hope they release this update for other animals as well!

Recently i had a rat who got an upper resp and passed, her throat made clicking sounds occasionally there wasnt anything i could do for her but she was comfortable in passing.
My new dumbo rat made clickign sounds and it scared me sooo bad. But now i know they make this sound when their happy or comfortable so your def relieved my anxiety :')

Yeah .... well ... if you spay the girls when they're between 2 and 3 months old they're less likely to get tumors.
