Would personally love to live there the views would be incredible, would need a good pathway down the back tho. Another area down there would 100 perecnt increase house value!

Prioritise the outdoor area, thats what would sell the property more so, view to die for! But with your twist on the property also, youll have no issues either way. Good luck, not like you need it 🙏🏼🙏🏼

10 out of 10 location. 4 out of 10 for house. Like the curved stairs but totally blocks the wonderful view as you walk in the door. Not a good use of space across the whole house. 1 out of 10 for the outside space
