Nazarene, you are right. Flooring, as well as walls and ceiling, contributes immensely to a home being either warm and cosy, or cold and not cosy. Unlike the vast majority of home builders and interior designers, Guy Phoenix understands this very well, which is why his homes are warm and cosy like a home should be
@@newmankidman5763 I agree with you his homes are very warm and quite spacious. I’ve seen a few of his homes, and they are incredible. The fireplace looks like it’s a bio gel fire. A wonderful place to live in.

It depends on what you’re used to any house could be a home, if your not used to living in luxury then this wouldn’t feel homely to you.
