Best thing about this house is the location! Dolphin Terrace may be one of the best streets in Orange County to live. Finishes probably don't equal a $20M price point, though.
I get that the inner atrium is so that natural light can get into the kitchen/dining area, but is it worth separating the family room from the kitchen? Don't think so.
