However, I know this your channel and what you do and how you show these homes are your business but you have at time an uncontrollable attention span. You like to focus on and dwell on the small things like base boards, fit and finish, carping/flooring and then you say in your videos you need to make up some time or the video is going to long est. Like when you finally got to the pool, you stayed at one spot for too long, you start talking about the theme and lights, while your taking the theme and light you could have been walking around the pool and show more angles of it. You’re a business man, I hate say it but time is money… got to keep it moving. Just saying all respect

The video is so long because you’re pointing out isht that most ppl don’t care about like the grout lines, how they put up the blinds, how many slabs a countertop has, the direction of the floor paneling compared to the entry. The rating of the water heaters etc. most of us do. Not. Care. Lol 😂. But it sets you a part from others so… kudos.
I could buy the same kind of house for 20 times less-and with real bricks and cement that can withstand an F5 tornado. In Thailand, of course. Almost no taxes. I recently built a house plus cabins for under $15K, with a better view along a nice river. We own five scooters, and another one is on the way. I gave up on Lambos and helicopters-just a waste of fortune. I could buy the house in this video, but my banks hate the IRS and told me to get out of the USA because of FATCA. So why would I want to buy some oversized mansion? If I want big, I go to a hotel. These massive American houses are for people trying to fill a void. They end up stuck in front of the TV and fridge, surrounded by empty rooms they turn into gyms they never use-because they have to work non-stop to pay for it all. .
Damn its ugly on the outside.....it needs some trees and more landscaping for sure. Ill never understand why people with money just build big without thinking about design and style. Is it nice and full of nice things....yes. But compared to so many other multi million dollar homes its lacking. Its that classic scenario where someone has tons of money, but no vision and it just ends up being big white boxes.
I used to own real estate in this centennial hills area. I am not trying to be negative but these neighborhoods have gone downhill in a hurry. I sold a house in this area almost one year ago and saw a huge uptick in open public drug use and homeless using the sidewalks as their personal toilet #1 & 💩
New luxury communities keep being built, and old neighborhoods always tend to decline. You can see homeless people and addicts almost anywhere in the U.S. The question is why does the living space of ordinary people have to shrink because of them? This is a difficult issue to explain.

The house my have a level 5 finish but the front door is damaged and that’s the first thing most buyers see.
