I'll tell you with an example
When I'm performing T Bar rows with 20 kg plates. Everything is fine
Tempo is Okay
Form is okay
Muscle Mind Connection is there.
But the moment I add more weight let's say 5kg more
Tempo and Form remains okay.
But my Muscle Mind Connection is gone.
I can't feel my muscle.
Bcoz of which I'm stuck with 20 kg and not able to progress above 20 kg T Bar Rows.
I want to gain strength but I can't coz i think its not useful if muscle mind Connection is not present.
What should I do?
