- I wasn't the fastest this weekend, but I was pretty consistent and made several big improvements.
Broke through my mental barrier with body position and it was my first weekend getting my knee down consistently.
Still have a lot to work on, so here are some goals for this season:
1) reign in my lines and connect turns better.
2) brake later, get on the throttle sooner (losing a lot of time to this)
3) break into 1:20's. Shaving 5 seconds is pretty ambitious but I think if I make as much improvement in the first two as I did this weekend, it's possible.

Did the silver trim/bezel around the gauge pop off so you coud paint it blue? It looks like there are slots for a screwdriver to pry it up...
@@jcl675 it’s actually wrap, but it’s attached with some sticky foam pads. Can buy some new ones to re-attach!
@@BlueDevilMoto Thanks! I have some double-sided foam tape already. Didn't occur to me to wrap it, but I think I'll give it a shot. Need to cover up some minor scratches.
I remember finding your channel when you had the yellow decals on the blue bodywork. So sick. The 765 style Arrow exhaust is clean as hell too. Very nice build.
Daytona is not faster on top speed, but triple is very effect on circuit, because power of torque is much more than horsepower.
Daytona’s are killer on the track! This is a short and technical circuit too so 600’s are king.
