The reasons why serial killers and mass murderers are hated and remembered is not because of the number of people killed. It's for the methodology and the twisted reasoning behind those killings. Denis Rader, the "BTK" murdered only 5. But nobody remembers the number, everyone only remembers what's important - the horrid kink-driven methodology behind the acts. And rightfully so. *And do remember - they ARE real people, this is not fiction - this REALLY happened.*
I think its got more to do with the state of ghostfaces mind and why they kill. Ghostface kills for fun and to hear his victims scream in agony and feel the muscles and sinew give way to his knife. I dont think anybody else in the cast does that. So compared to everyone else he is a monster.
This like the third time JCVD has used that "Oh, you're serious" line It's understandable that he's using recycled lines, but could they not at least be a bit more varied.
Part 1.

Love how Nolan says “Nothing beats a book” because he’s an author
Everyone treats Ghostface like some horrible entity but they've only killed like.... 30 people. Across multiple different Ghostfaces.
