Absolutely, no wonder people don't trust police if they see something like this and covering up. It's no longer a 'one bad apple' when it's sanctioned by police officials, judge, mayor.
The very fact that the police and prosecutor are still sooo insistant on pressing charges is why just dropping charges is now no longer enough, as well as a lawsuit or settlement. They MUST face charges for assault, falsifying reports, malicious prosecution and lying under oath. It's not a lack of training, it's CRIMINAL behavior.
That's truly Sadistic. They love "pain compliance". Just another day in America. Terrorism is defined as using fear and violence to achieve ones goals. Prove me wrong.
No surprise, really, otherwise the Judge would have to make a criminal referral against the actual criminals in this case (i.e. the cops and the prosecutor) and hold them in criminal contempt for lying in his court.
You don't need training to understand that hopping out of a vehicle and immediately assaulting someone who is unarmed and minding their own business is wrong in any circumstance.
Wrong some one pointed him out as a person who assaulted him and pointed him out to the police, so the police pulled up on him to place him under arrest

They have looked deeper beyond just this one incident. The Phoenix police department was investigated by the Department of Justice, and they found several incidents of police misconduct. That's why the DOJ wants to oversee the phoenix police department.
The UK and the US are Very different. For the UK, Police Officers take a lot of training in consideration and they follow protocol as set by HM Government, the College of Policing for England and Wales, Home Office, The Police and Evidence Act 1984, Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, etc. American Law Enforcement Agencies have some officers that treat the public with respect. However, a lot of them... Have zero regard for Accountability and awareness. It can happen anywhere. USA, Europe... Name it. I've seen enough. Law Enforcement in the USA needs to be held accountable to the full extent of the Law. No question.
I agree with the racist bullies part. But the UK cops are also racist against bIks - I know this for a fact having lived there. The only ones they love are the Muslims - the protected class - hence the two-tier justice system. So - before you throw stones at the US, make sure your own house is not constructed of glass. The phoenix police know their officers violated that man’s rights, and yet they are protecting the offithugs. What does that say? They don’t care about upholding law, order and justice, they are incapable of distinguishing between right and wrong which is key to running a police department so relieve them all of their duties, let them know the people have high expectations of their police department and their behaviour will not be tolerated. But if this is all talk and everyone, especially the people wants the status quo to remain, then allow them to get away with it, make all the usual statements, maybe even pay out the civil suit that’s incoming, double down on the wrong and all the usual inaction. Where is the reasonableness that the local and state governments would not ensure a FIRM training program and a THROUGH TEST PROGRAM that ensures a complete understanding of the law. But, the illogical actions of governments are to spend millions in training programs and spend BILLIONS on court costs and compensation. This action by governments is a waste of taxpayers' money. By spending more on training of cops and ensuring a full understanding of laws will reduce the court and compensation cost, which is showing taxpayers that their effort is to not waste billions each year and improves cops actions. Cops need to loose their QI because their training should be enough to ensure they don't break the law during their employment period.

The one officer wearing the baseball cap and sunglasses in the courtroom while testifying shows you how little respect the police department has for the courts.

It's like telling a man with no arms to put their arms up, then tazing him when he doesn't.

Pursuing charges is just adding another comma to this man's eventual settlement.

Terrorism is defined as using fear and violence to achieve ones goals. Prove me wrong.
What really hurt me about this case was the judges’ ruling. They attacked him.
No surprise, really, otherwise the Judge would have to make a criminal referral against the actual criminals in this case (i.e. the cops and the prosecutor) and hold them in criminal contempt for lying in his court.
DA,judge and cops are all members of the Blue Cartel...
Not good enough, The prosecutor that brought the charges needs to be fired and the police charged with agrivated assault,

Way this is beyond disgusting! Those “cops” belong in prison for a few years!
You don't need training to understand that hopping out of a vehicle and immediately assaulting someone who is unarmed and minding their own business is wrong in any circumstance.
Wrong some one pointed him out as a person who assaulted him and pointed him out to the police, so the police pulled up on him to place him under arrest
@@jimmyebner6015 heresay doesn't give you the right to commit assault. They made no attempt to verify and went off the word of the person they were initially called to trespass.
@@jimmyebner6015 So maybe the officer should have talked to him to investigate whether what the witness said was true. Officers CANNOT act violently simply because a witness points a person out (by the way, the witness was incorrect about Tyrone having assaulted the man at the Circle-K). Tyrone was just minding his own business when a random white pickup that barely looks like a police car (other than a small sticker that could easily be missed if Tyrone wasn't looking directly at it) pulls up and a person jumps out and immediately blindsides Tyrone and tackles him to the ground. Tyrone likely thought he was being mugged. I would have probably felt the need to fight my random attackers too if I were in his position.
@@tpresto9862 you are assuming that Tyrone was not known by these police officers and who has had a long record of assault and alluding arrest over a long period of time And that every action with Tyrone has been both confrontational and alluding his arrest
@@jimmyebner6015 The police didn't know anything about Tyrone. They didn't know him at all. That's obvious because the police even said they had no idea he was deaf. If he was so well-known to them, you'd think they'd know he was deaf.
The white man at the circle K who said he was assaulted by Tyrone appeared to be making that story up. In fact, the white man at the circle K was the reason the police were called in the first place. The store clerks called the police on the white guy because they said HE was assaulting people and causing trouble.
Your hand wounds are from punching him!!! For no reason!!!
Never should have happened!
Now there needs to be charges against those cops.
Oh so they need training now. So jumping out of their vehicle in full attack mode without any cause was due to lack of training. More like they were raised to be abusive tyrants and enjoy beating people is what it looks like to me.
training is one of the options for punishment. They want to say they did something without actually doing anything

Watching from the UK 🇬🇧
Your law enforcement is full of racist bullies, shame on them.
In the end everybody gets hurt because all that’s accomplished is more degradation of society, erosion of principles, morals and justice. You’re making your own society less civilized and just, not smart.

Where is the reasonableness that the local and state governments would not ensure a FIRM training program and a THROUGH TEST PROGRAM that ensures a complete understanding of the law.
