“Because of the attention of this case…”
And there it is. If this sickening attack hadn’t gained so much public attention, this poor victim would be in custody, beaten and facing unjust charges. You know your justice system is broken when it takes public attention to force justice to be done.

It's not shown in this video, but in another, the first police officer to make (physical) contact says to Tyron to stop before said police officer got out of their vehicle. You can hear and see this on their body cam.
With that being said, I think this is a VERY clear case for excessive forces, to the point where it's inevitable for Tyron to win a civil lawsuit, but that's assuming he can beat the criminal charges first. I sure hope Tyron beats the criminal charges, or better yet, the prosecutor dismisses them with Prejudice while criminally charging the police officers with (aggravated) assault.

There was a kid who was eating a burger in his car with his gf. Had his door ripped open and all he saw was a gun. He backed up and sped out of there. Turned out it was a rookie cop who'd be told to wait for backup, approached the car as it "matched the description of a car that had fled from police the previous day"
I don't remember if it turned out to be the right car. But the cop still emptied his clip into the car and shot the kid. Kid got medical care. Rookie got fired.
Only cops I've ever seen get fired and charged are either minorities themselves or women.

American Law Enforcement Agencies have some officers that treat the public with respect. However, a lot of them... Have zero regard for Accountability and awareness. It can happen anywhere. The phoenix police know their officers violated that man’s rights, and yet they are protecting the offithugs. What does that say? They don’t care about upholding law, order and justice, they are incapable of distinguishing between right and wrong which is key to running a police department so relieve them all of their duties, let them know the people have high expectations of their police department and their behaviour will not be tolerated. But if this is all talk and everyone, especially the people wants the status quo to remain, then allow them to get away with it, make all the usual statements, maybe even pay out the civil suit that’s incoming, double down on the wrong and all the usual inaction. In the end everybody gets hurt because all that’s accomplished is more degradation of society, erosion of principles, morals and justice. I live in England and I find the way American police behave to be despicable, disgusting and unprofessional. Also, it isn't limited to just Phoenix, there's most definitely a nationwide problem with police over there. You guys deserve better than these unprofessional and, quite frankly, dangerous thugs, who are worse than the criminals they're supposed to protect you from.

Absolutely correct. There were issues of Police Misconduct in the United States. Most of them in major cities like Phoenix, Los Angeles, New York City, and Chicago. The UK has laws that all officers have to follow. The Police and Evidence Act 1984, Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, etc.

Where is the reasonableness that the local and state governments would not ensure a FIRM training program and a THROUGH TEST PROGRAM that ensures a complete understanding of the law.
But, the illogical actions of governments are to spend millions in training programs and spend BILLIONS on court costs and compensation. This action by governments is a waste of taxpayers' money. By spending more on training of cops and ensuring a full understanding of laws will reduce the court and compensation cost, which is showing taxpayers that their effort is to not waste billions each year and improves cops actions.
Cops need to loose their QI because their training should be enough to ensure they don't break the law during their employment period.
