    Id be curious where in your workout you did this?
    If I was to try something like this in the beginning... it would probably be my whole workout.
    I just hit deads hard earlier. I do them last... and do 4 sets of 10/12... or on heavy day 5 sets of 5.

      Thanks, this would be the beginning of the workout after I warm up, I prefer doing this either in the beginning or middle of the lifting session because of diminishing returns.

      @@TheLegMan1 Yeah.. The problem I have with doing them last is that I really cant max out. Which for me at this point is probably better anyway.
