I really like the prints you have up at the moment, I just think something bigger will give your eye more of a fokus. And for your kitchen/entertaining area: I think a big (like BIG) table would be cool to accomodate lots of people, once covid is over. And even just for you it would be great: you can work on one end and have it as your office and the other half is for eating, etc. Maybe even a table with really long legs, so that you can put barstools around. It will just feel like your favorite coffee shop😉 I am so pround of you and I hope you enjoy the changes you made💕
I thinks it's a great idea to make a separate living room. In an open plan space like you have you are always surrounded by areas and things that you are "active" in, like cooking and working and eating etc. Having another room for when you just want to sit still and watch TV is so cosy
I love this transformation!!! The new cosy living room looks like it was always meant to be!!! But I think your work area could be expanded if you wanted?! Maybe get a bigger desk and shelves? and an ergonomic chair so that you can be the most productive and your back won't be super sore!!! You don't want repetitive strain from editing all day long on the wrong chair! But your flat is looking so spacious and light and I think you're making the most of the space! Love it! A huge rug could make that dining/work area really come together!!

Mark - get a Bisley 10 drawer slim cabinet for your paperwork - they are slim and white and can go next to your desk. It will blend by the wall. Love the changes - so important to seperate your work and home - Love Love it!!!

Option 2 for the bar cart. The cozy second bedroom looks good as a living room but I think the old living room looks a bit bare now. I think its because you have a lot of "small" furniture pieces and it looks a bit disproportionate in such a big room. I would get a large dining table and scale up a few furniture pieces.

I have also moved my house around a bit since working from home, we haven't had any visitors for more than 30 minutes for months and you just need to do what's best for you! Even once things start getting back to 'normal' I think we will continue living in a different way to before!

I wasn't 100% sure when you suggested it because I thought maybe the original living room would look a bit empty, but both spaces look great! The new living room is going to be so cosy and cute as Autumn and Winter set in. The new dining room looks really classy too. One thing you could add to the kitchen/dining area is a cute bean bag to chill on whilst maybe waiting for food to cook or if you want to sit on something comfier in there. Loved this video 💕

I can't even fit a couch or a desk it's so small so it's hard to figure out a good work nook these days that's diff where I watch movies (which is also my laptop rn). Small home problems! Been trying to tidy her up and figure her out all of quar and this is some nice inspo for dreaming of getting my shit together and having a bigger place one day.
