When engineers design bikes for relatively easy access and processes for basic maintenance like oil and air filter changes, that moves those bikes way up the list for me.
Very complete and to the point demonstration however I would add two things: 1) if you let it drain overnight I got almost 10 mils of extra dirty oil out. Some people also lean the bike all the way to the left and then all the way to the right not sure that's effective on this bike. 2) The two screen holders have magnets in them and they must be cleaned thoroughly. It can be a bear to clean any metal particles. I found that I had to use an air compressor.
2 weeks ago did the first service for my Norden. Paid and went home. They forgot to put in new oil. Could not even see any oil present through the oil check glas.🤬
They put in oil. But 1.7 ltr so it seemed. But they did not use 10W50 but Motorex Topspeed T4 15W50. I am not an oil junky but is that 15W50 not for extremely cold climate ? Do you know what the difference is between the 10W50 and the 15W50 ?

@@keesverhagen9227 don't quote me but I believe the 15/50 will be slightly thicker at start up but the same viscosity when at operating temp
