The pride, wisdom, glory and memory of numenor is shown perfectly in a few minute
I wish the Rings of Power Numenor theme was a more developed version of this theme. Despite the incredible inaccuracies, something like that would've been amazing.

the role of the soundtrack in the success of this trilogy is hugely underratted
I would like to thank JRR Tolkien, Peter Jackson, all the actors and acresses, the whole crew and basically anyone involved for this trilogy. It inspired me as a kid and still does today. The movies holt up almost 20 years later and are truely the star wars of the 2000s. But I'd argue even better. So much more potential. Love it.
I think our next generations will need some new epic to inspire yet there is no Tolkien or C.S.Lewis anymore yet I still wanna try sth out. I'm working on a original IP which is a Biblical-theme epic and hope one day I can fund enough money to establish this project.
I agree, LOTR is better than Star Wars.

0:39 just breathtakingly epic
I can't help but reminding that somehow, someone had this masterpiece pop in their mind.
0:00-0:29, 1:12-1:38 The Realm of Gondor in Ascension.
1:38-2:05 The Realm of Gondor in Decline.
Those are the 2 main themes surrounding Gondor.
There are some motifs such as The Realm of Gondor, which appears at 0:39-0:53, except the first pitch is moved up an octave each bar. This one also appears in the prior themes mentioned.
Scenes:
0:00 - Aragorn's coronation.
0:29, 2:05 - Gandalf and Pippin riding to and up Minas Tirith.
1:38 - The Lighting of the Beacons
My skin is filled with nothing but goosebumps, goddamn you Howard Shore you master

Someone finally put all the best parts of the Gondor theme together. Thank you and excellent work 👍
No universe is ever comparable to the incredible Middle earth ... not even that marvel universe
After all, it was intended that LOTR and the Hobbit be set on earth, just in the very distant past, so technically this is our universe.
and technically the mcu is based in a version of our reality so lots would also have taken place then too
Well, I like the mcu, but it is relying to much on stupid jokes that kill all the atmosphere.
LOTR doesn't ruin the death of mordor with a hudini joke. The mcu would. And that's the different. LOTR is a serious trilogy while the mcu most of the time tries to be funny and bring everyone to the theatres. For the purpose of money
@@SilverViper1000 exactly. Imo its the perfect series ever

The great descent of Numenoreans 💜 Aragorn
“Hold your ground! Hold your ground! Sons of Gondor, of Rohan, my brothers, I see in your eyes the same fear that would take the heart of me. A day may come when the courage of men fails, when we forsake our friends
and break all bonds of fellowship,
but it is not this day. An hour of wolves and shattered shields, when the age of men comes crashing down, but it is not this day! This day we fight!! By all that you hold dear on this good Earth,
I bid you stand, Men of the West!!!”
- Aragorn, Son of Arathorn
I feel like this theme gets overshadowed by Rohan’s, but this is such a banger!
Oh, Howie-baby. Bubbuhleh. Ya did so good, Howie. Ya did so good.
very awesome!
Thanks! I've always loved the Gondor theme so I stuck some Coronation at the beginning and Lighting of the Beacons at the end and it seemed to turn out nicely.
Gondor theme is utterly badass.

Soulful & Magnificent
The greatest Kingdom I've ever seen in my whole life: The Unified Kingdom.
A pity it wasn't adapted as it deserved, its greatness deserved more than anything else in TROTK to be adapted and to appear on the screens of the theaters.
Always in my heart, greatest Kingdom ever made.
Thank you Howard Shore for those masterpieces.
And Kingdom with Vast and Astonishing cities , like Pellargir, Osgilliath and Minas Tirith or Minas Anor of Old
Love the trilogy, but end of Battle at Pelennor always left that feeling, that something truly epic was wasted. The way Army of death wiped everything and it was over.....och.
Especialy after that all time realy bad performance of gondor soldiers. I understand that. They were outnumbered, demoralized, and led to battle by stranger, while their ruler sit in tower and his sons dead (or dying).
But imagine those gosebumbs, if that battle would be more like in books. When Rohirrim charged, and presure on city weakend, Men of Minas Tirith assembled their courage and pushed forward, out of the gate, to support riders of Rohan. We could have seen shieldwall of white trees, marching to the rhytm of this AWESOM music, pushing shocked orcs, while remaining Knights charge around, to join battle against Mumakils. And then, Aragorn arrives, and insted of pale green wave, southern Gondorians apears from ships, eager to fight and save their capital, and country.
This track always put these images into my head, and makes mi cry, i would realy like to see glory of Gondor.
Peter Jackson also hated the ghosts and momentarily considered getting rid of them however he knew the backlash would be too large from fans of the books.
Exactly bro,I dont know why they make Gondor soldiers so weak in movies, and why they removed Grey Company but I still love this movie so much
If they hadn't adapted the ghosts, book fans would have lost their minds. They were already angry that Bombadil was cut. The filmmakers literally did the best they could.
@@LordofFullmetal.
The ghosts never fought in the Battle at Pelennor Fields though.
They helped Aragorn get the Corsairs of Umbar, and then Aragorn dismissed them there, and then he and the Grey company (the Dunedain) roused the forces of South Gondor (Lebennin, Dol Amroth etc.), who then sailed north and fought in the Battle from the South, as the Rohirrim fought from the North, and so the orc army was caught between hammer and anvil. The Gondor army coming from the West would then have formed the defence of Minas Tirith, and the Anduin prevented their escape from the East side.
No ghosts in the Battle, just men attacking from all sides but east.
thank you for the upload man
My pleasure :)
