I give you a short tip about the structure of your videos. You take way to long to come to the interesting part. Most of people watch only first ten seconds. There must be a catch. Whats the benefit you give with the video. Then give new reosons to watch longer every 30 seconds ( by mysterious for they want to know the answer, or other mention other related things you tell them later)
Good tip but I don’t think he’s trying to be a UA-camr.
Because he’s becoming someone that sees value in pushing his community bc hes seeing growth in it. So you can tell now he’s less focused about value and more about conversions. Which im sure works for him
