Thanks a million times for the it175 video I have a dt175 with the same problem and I was able to fix it. Very detailed and straight to the point videos!
I am a new subscriber and I went back and seen a lot of old videos I was really impressed I even learned things I didn't know you put on great videos keep up the good work
All my stihl equipment after u use it for a while and turn it off when u go to start it 5 min later takes like 10 pulls.of u start the cold they start u in 2 pulls weird their all like that lol why?
I find that lots of different Stihl equipment gets flooded very quickly. Especially their concrete saws Sometimes it takes lots of pulls to clear out the crankcase and get them to fire up again.

Thanks for watching!
Good catch. Surprising on how many people miss it, and just start tuning the carburetor. Take care.
Thanks Steve, you too!
That was awesome !!! Weird that the high speed adjustment was set to the max but it sounds good
Sounds about right, tuned for emissions, not for for performance from the factory
It’s a spark arrestor, but I knew that’s what you meant to say. 😉🔧👍
Yep, exactly
Question.. have ever worked on a Dixon ztr 6022?
No sir, I have not
I would have went right to the carb trying to clean it. Is that screen there to stop sparks?
That is the spark arrestor screen. I went there first because of the quiet exhaust voume.
@@randomwrenching it also helps keep bugs out. Some can tell just by pulling the recoil. I think it takes practice. Waiting for the next video.
Yes, sometimes it feels like it has WAY too much compression when the screen is plugged.
