      @@noellerobertsstudio Hello Noelle, actually I am embarking on Pilates again...have not done it in a long time. But when I did I loved how it defined, toned and lengthened my body in a lean and feminine way. Not bulky looking like when I using weight. I found that using my own body weight in workouts like Pilates and Barre works better for me. Anytime I slack off working out, I aways break my body back in first with pilates because I found that it kinda preps my body. I would rather do pilates than cardio to be honest.
