I don't have enough time or space to really explain. The major issue is the NOISE from the surrounding bars and restaurants. I even paid extra to use the Hilton down the street and it still wasn't worth it.

This particular resort isn’t; it’s actually one of the more affordable ones in the area
It's not expensive because there is nothing to do there. As I mentioned, the noise from 5th avenue is extremely loud and goes on all night.
Do you know if there is parking at this hotel? I'll be renting a car.
Yes there’s parking and apparently it’s complimentary
