vertmare prob a must if it can go off after using the ult, ult is 4 rounds, at 5 it be 3 rounds, with vertmare luck it be back at turn 3 IF not work turn 1 but 2 to go off then its useless and better to go with achlmy set, since masked shalltear gets a free turn regardless

I'm more interested in the Arclight and how essential it may be. Getting a single copy of the character is easy enough, but 6 copies of the Arclight is A LOT, since she (and presumably her arclight) won't enter the general pool.

They will both go into the standard pool. This is her arclight: Every time Shalltear takes 4 actions, she gains an extra turn. Each action increases her ATK by 5%/10%, up to 15%/30%. The / is the difference between 1 star arclight and 6 star arlcight.
