I only like containers of milk for cereals and to drink with cookies, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and other sweets. Buttermilk would also be a great contributor to dipping your chicken in before the flour. I love you so much, Mamaw. You are precious and adorable. Yes. It also spreads the bacteria all over the sink that you rinse it in. I've seen reports where they test the sink after chicken has been rinsed and the sink cleaned...it shows how much the bacteria spreads.
I have grown up in restaurants. Raised in restaurants and food service. We have always been taught to wash and soak our poultry. You have to disinfect the area that you work in afterward so that no other bacteria can get into your food and hands. I've never heard of not washing your poultry. This is news to me. I am safety and sanitation certified

I think you need to update your cookbook video at the end. This recipe looks good and I will try it but it looked a little dry. Maybe I will add cream cheese to mine and roll up, then coat with breadcrumbs.

I coat the chicken in mayonnaise before coating them in the bread crumbs. It keeps the chivken moiist
Also plain yogurt is very good.
I use real mayo on the outside of bread for toasted cheese . Makes a tasty sandwich ‼️
