I am inspired. I would like to leave the bedside nursing before 62… happy I found your channel and thank you for sharing your experience ❤good luck! Subscribed 😊
Your skin looks good and I think you look more relaxed. Can i suggest that you dont be so hard on yourself. I think you should have a rest hour at some point during the day where you just do what you want. Or knock off (finish work) early every Thursday or Friday. You need a bit of a rest and I do too. you can still hustle with all these side gigs but give yourself a half day off where you just watch some tv or read a book or play a game. Id love to see more of the architecture of those historic houses. Love your videos. Take care and keep well. Id be interested in hearing about that mountain Is you book.
Hello sister, late comment 1st week back to work after Christmas break. Yep we all have little hiccups life is like that. You are still way ahead, doing exceptionally well. You look so much better , sound better and smile more. Wow you have so many projects . Who said retirement could get boring. Great to hear you are starting to look after yourself with the gym. I plan on doing some contract work as part of retirement just to keep in touch and keep social.
And it gets even better, I was using ACA and my monthly premiums were pretty low because I wasn’t making that much money anymore. This year I made even less money then I made last year and my ACA premiums went up $150.00. So I make less money, but I pay more in ACA. Oh, and my property taxes went up a lot more than usual. Even with the increase in expenses, I am so glad that I retired. Yes unexpected issues did come up, but that is why I had an emergency fund. I think I’m reaching a point where I just wanna simplify my life financially and just sell both homes and get me a little tiny home and enjoy the rest of my life with minimal financial worries.
I love Audible too. I have read more books in the past two years with Audible then I think I probably did in the previous 10 years. I love the multitasking ability. You look relaxed and happier. I think leaving your job was a great idea. You’re definitely not retired by any means because you are still very busy but you’re at least doing it on your terms.
Not unless I can find wild success being self-employed. Right now my focus is just to pay my bills and keep life simple. The only reason I was able to do it before was because of my w2 income.
I think (besides for youtube) it's not worth it chasing your side hustle. They pale in comparison to your earning potential in/around a hospital. Is there ANY job in the hospital that you would enjoy? (Administation, teaching, etc.) I think you should take this year as a sabbatical, purely to enjoy, go travel (frugally), etc. (without the expectation to make money this year, just spend a little and enjoy) and then next year go back to your high income job for 5 years. In those 5 years you save aggressively for retirement / paying off debt (including the houses). And then at 60 you retire completely. That's my plan... just one persons opinion...
🦋💜♒️🤗🫶🏼🌟 YES you’re doing it and walking through the fears of that false sense of security system. It takes time, faith and trust. Trust yourself and your intuition will guide you through you heart. All is going to be rewarded. Stay in high vibration and not in FEAR. False Evidence Appearing Real. Love you BFF
I retired at 59 about two years ago and I pretty much retired debt free except the mortgage on my primary property. However, I do have one rental property and that was paying the mortgage on my house. But it seems like since I retired I have actually gone back into debt because my paid off card died and I had to get a new car. And I was credit card debt free, but I needed to make repairs at my rental property. Then I was gonna sell my primary home, but that deal fell through. So I decided to take it off the market for a month and I’m going to relist it after I renovate my rental property because my tenants moved out. Until I get that rented back out, I have to pay the mortgage. Now I’m just ready to sell both houses and go live my life on a beach😂 So it seems like since retiring, It’s just been nothing but all these minor financial emergencies. I retired from IT so I was making a good salary and I really didn’t notice these minor emergencies until after I no longer make the big salary anymore. However, because of my savings and my investments, I will be OK financially but it’s just that I would rather be spending my money on other things. Hopefully my rental property will be ready to be rented out by next month. The one good thing is that my rental property is paid off so there’s no mortgage on that.
It was a fluke! lol It was because I made a video that got me a lot of hate from the red pill misogynists, and thousands of them gave me views so they could insult me in the comments. I'm probably not going to hit the payment threshold this month.

Work is so stressful every day I keep saying one day closer to retirement

Your life seems more stressful now than when working full time. I enjoy your channel, but take it easy
👍
I wish you all the best in your endeavors. I really hope you don’t have to work full time. ❤9-5 situation

Are you going to buy more rental properties?

I think 2025 will be your year too. I am hoping the same for me.
Is your goal to not take money from your retirement until you are 59 or 62 or 65 or 67?
@@kimberlystrickland189 yes, 65.
@Midlifeanticrisis awesome. Thanks for sharing.
Me to one month

Use youtube to promote the biz. Maybe wear a t-shirt. People will ask. 😊
If you mention your etsy store in your videos ALOT..you probably will get traffic.
