I do not. I have a 15 dollar paid customized plan. There are a lot of great resources though online about how to structure your own training! Also feel free to ask any questions you might have!
hey! need your opinion as we do not have a bike fitter in our city. i have a 54tt scott foil and will purchase a size 54 lab71 which is 54.6TT. im using 38cm dropbar with 110mm stem length currently with the scott foil. is it ok to still use a 110mm stem even if the lab71 is .6 longer in the TT? thanks!
I think the answer here is for you to try it out. If you don’t have a bike fitter to go to but like you’re current fit, go ahead and switch it even though your new bike is slightly longer. If you find out that it doesn’t work for you, there’s you answer.
You need to define your terms. "Strength" and "increase in FTP" are different things. If my FTP is stable but my peak power increases am I not stronger? What qualifications do you have to provide nutritional advice? Again, you terms seemed confused. If you are coaching people, you should know these differences.
My tips apply no matter what your goal is. These are things that are stopping you from getting stronger, whether that’s increasing peak power or FTP it doesn’t matter. I am not a professional nutritionist but my tips come from studies with backed information like I showed in the video as well as years of personal experience, again, as said in the video.

Hey, when did you start biking and when did you start competing ? Thank you
I started cycling during covid about 4 years ago and started racing 1 year after that!
@@CyclingKing and if you don’t mind me asking, how old were you during the starting of competition, and did you also do couple hour trainings daily?
Do you do any free training plans ?
