That's so weird idk why that is in the game it says there's lots of bugs though so it might be a glitch idk

If it says there are no tenants right after you buy it. you need to x out of the manage screen, go to the mailbox, and press manage. then click on tenants, and if there are still none click on find tenants in the top left corner. Hope this helped
