Animal is such a brilliant brand... No fancy bullshit advertising like other brands - just pure quality athletes, videos, workouts and supplements. If i had to choose a sponsorship (in my dreams) it would be animal for sure

Dan seems a little uncomfortable in front of the camera, someone needs to let him know he's doing a great job so he'll keep making vids 'cause I really enjoy his delivery! Really helped me a lot with my technique in many lifts!

I like how he casually demonstrates with 1 plate. More weight than 99% of people can OHP haha.

Another great tutorial! Thanks to Dan Green and Animal. Cool, clear and concise, just the way I like em. I'm a beginner, and yes, these tutorials are definitely useful.

This is awesome. Do you have plans to have some of the lifters do "big on the basics"-programming for intermediate lifters?
I would really like Dan Green's input on improving as an intermediate lifter, since I really like his style and training philosophy!

Love these videos. Just a question - Shouldnt the wrists be in line with the elbow at the bottom position? Im like 6,5 with long arms and i have my hand at the same place Dan does, maybe i should go wider? O_o
