Why don’t the couples do a “heart check” before they post something? They should ask themselves if they’re making this post because it’s something they just want to share or if it’s because they want people to envy them. My baby was 4 years old and my husband and I had been married for 5 years before I posted either of them on my social media. (My husband doesn’t have a social media page). I did it when I was comfortable and ready, irregardless of what others thought. 🤷🏽♀️
I do believe in moderation myself when it comes to what you post about your relationship online. I think posting sporadically throughout the year for specific moments is more meaningful than doing too much like posting either every day or every few days

Personally, I believe if you have to post intimate photos or just photo dump 24/7, you are trying to compensate for something within that relationship. I’ve been with two men. The first one was very abusive, and I would post about us all the time. And I think I was doing that because when people would see us in person they’d be like you guys seem upset or have weird energy between you. So I would post to be like everything is fine, we’re happy, etc. The second man is my husband. I very rarely post pictures of him or our son because when we’re together we’re enjoying ourselves. I don’t even think to take my phone out. So I definitely think overdoing it can be a sign of something.

I’ve been in a relationship for almost 6 years and I don’t post him at all. In the beginning I did post, because we were in the honeymoons phase. But one reason I hauled back was because 1. He doesn’t like having his picture taken. 2. He’s private (we both are) 3. I don’t feel likes it’s necessary. I don’t even think about posting us anymore I just enjoy us together in real time and take pictures for our own memories. I capture special moments, holidays, and events, and recreational activities. I think having those memories to look back on is what's important. Personally, I believe if you have to post intimate photos or just photo dump 24/7, you are trying to compensate for something within that relationship. I’ve been with two men. The first one was very abusive, and I would post about us all the time. And I think I was doing that because when people would see us in person they’d be like you guys seem upset or have weird energy between you. So I would post to be like everything is fine, we’re happy, etc. The second man is my husband. I very rarely post pictures of him or our son because when we’re together we’re enjoying ourselves. I don’t even think to take my phone out. So I definitely think overdoing it can be a sign of something.
I love my man but we only have a few posts together and that's because I hate having our phones out when we're together. 1. I think it's rude and 2. I don't need to prove how much I love him by snapping photos and posting them. If there's a cute moment I want to capture, sure but cmon now.

I’ve been in a relationship for almost 6 years and I don’t post him at all. In the beginning I did post, because we were in the honeymoons phase. But one reason I hauled back was because 1. He doesn’t like having his picture taken. 2. He’s private (we both are) 3. I don’t feel likes it’s necessary. I don’t even think about posting us anymore I just enjoy us together in real time and take pictures for our own memories. I don’t know what Adrienne is talking about, because you can get annoyed without needing a “heart check”. You wouldn’t need a heart check if people were annoyed by you posting pictures of cheeseburgers every day if you loved it 😂

I find it interesting when they post full photos of their kids and then all of a sudden go back to no face photos. Why? That same celebrity will share the pregnancy announcement. Take their fans on their pregnancy journey. Then once the baby is born it's "Please respect our privacy at this time." Keep it all of it to yourself! The likelihood of someone kidnapping your child is slim to none. Oh! My personal favorite new parent comment: "My child did not choose to be famous, so I will let them decide when they get older." Many of the star's and others that post everything is fantastic it's because everything isn't fantastic. When one has to constantly profess love, affection etc. their relationship is not going well. A true relationship centers around two people not those in the world or others. I've observed Adrienne's relationship with her husband and I can tell she puts forth more of an effort then he does, she's totally in all the way, him it's questionable? That's why when couples come on shows, post that everything is positive that's the RED FLAG. Case and point Meagan Good and Devon I observed them and I knew yrs. ago that marriage wasn't going to last, he was as phony as it gets and she just went along. Body language one can never front, most marriages are tolerated and it shows. Marriage takes work that many aren't willing to do.
