DCS WORLD: Bomber Escort mission...and a song

In this DCS WORLD video I fly a Bomber Escort mission in my P-51. There were plenty of bombers and escorting them was a lot of fun. I have no idea what took me down, and please forgive the singing at the end

I’m pretty sure you overstressed your wing, you were pulling lots of gs at high speed there.
The bomber formation used to work better and it really pisses me off that the ai seems to be getting more and more stupid.
As for the bombs, only 10-15 of the bombers actually drop but it still kills fps. Even if only 5 dropped it still would. Reported it to ED around 4-5 years ago *shrug*

It’s such a shame that some of your incredible campaigns are so affected by the stupid ai! But we all know it’s no fault of yours and I still absolutely love your campaigns even with the AI issues

I think that you over stressed the wing, and the 'object' was a poorly rendered piece of debris flying off of it. Just my guess though.

3:33 havent seen it yet in DCS because I have not flown with this many AI but in IL2 it happens so often with the P51 on normandy and the bombers as well.

iirc it was actually common for bombers to accidentally collide in large formations.

I ejected and walked. You use your rudder pedals to turn and forward/backward on the stick to walk.
