robyn I wish to thank you for you great breath of knowledge and how you share without regard for what comes in return! It speaks to the generosity of your heart! As a print maker, it has helped with my backgrounds for my images, my own personal images. Though, I make art which is more like Francis Bacon, these processes you teach have helped to get me out of some rather tight inspirational corners of my own making! Your knowledge of materials is wonderful. Again, thank you. Kat

I am going to make my own Gelli Plate in a bigger size so I am waiting to find the perfect pan for it. I already have the rest of the stuff. I guess I can make a few smaller ones too because I have enough of everything to do that. I also have all kinds of paper to use too.
Can't wait and my great grand daughter is coming over tomorrow too. Maybe she & I can make some stencils. Thanks for all the different technics

Thanks for sharing your talent. I am new to exploring art now that the kids are grown and I have time to breathe and your videos are so interesting and inspiring. One thing: although I am not an artist I do play around with pens and inks. Summi ink is great for art as you well know but I would not recommend using India ink as it has shellac as a binder and I doubt you want that taking up a permanent spot on your plates. If you ever play around with inks I hardily recommend Noodlers Inks, made in MA by a Quaker man who uses his products to also express his opinions about things as well as having a commitment to producing fine products at a reasonable price. Each ink has a story, if you ever have a free moment check them out. They also have a very useful chart listing all their inks and their properties. My personal favorites are Apache Sunset and 54th Massachusetts, honoring the black regiment from the civil War who demanded equal pay, and like so many art products, these inks are addictive. Looking forward to watching all your videos. Just ordered myself a gelli plate after watching your videos, using Prime of course, so 3 days from now I will be gelli-ing away.

Its wonderful to the watch your process. I wonder if you have seen the video on the Gelli plate UA-cam channel about viscosity printing? I think its called "light over dark" but its really about using a first layer of fluid acrylic and covering with a layer of heavy body, and then pulling the print. It reminded me of some of the techniques you are using in this video.

I got one of the large Gelli plates & stumbled on your large Gelli plate video. Really love your channel. I've watched all your videos more then once. I found some of these Kraft journals in Walmart. In addition to the 3x5 Gelli plate, I also have a 5x7 one which is the perfect size for this 6x8 journal. I bought the small plates first to try out before buying the big one. I have some of the golden paints in the 1 oz size from Michaels. Have to check out the Blick store to see if they carry the Blick matte acrylics.
Thanks for posting your videos. I love the longer ones best. Great inspiration. Tere
