Jonny Evans another perfect performance from the veteran, sliding over to protect the young left back. Pure class, 10.0 without question.
People say its only Barnsley, and we should be beating them heavily...but thats exactly what we did. These people need to understand that getting what we "expect" from this team is not something that happens often.
Only Mk dons we lost 4-0 under lvg only Brighton we lost 4-0 under ole its only Brentford we lost 4-0 under Erik.
What's worse is, if we were to struggle against them the team would've been slaughtered by the media...

I've actually aged backwards since the 2nd Half at Southampton! Long may this continue. I have always maintained that the Liverpool game was just an off day, but other than that we've shown very good signs of progress. We just need to make sure this progress continues throughout the season.

First time at OT since i gave my season ticket at the end of 2013 , not a bad game to come back to, seems weird being a united fan this last week watching 2 games and being relaxed at the start of the 2nd half.
Was good to come back - i mean its been that long that hotel football wasnt even a forethought as gary n was still playing lol
United need to sort out their act when people are looking for tickets for games like this when it's not a sell out.
Couldn't make the game so offered mine and my son's season tickets to mates who also couldn't make it BUT the club would not offer the resale option as the match wasn't a sell out.Same currently applies for Twente 😡
ETH should stop playing Christian Erickson out of position. He is a number 10, and couks be used when Bruno is not playing that role or against weaker opposition.

Great show last night, even if it was Barnsley. We need to get the confidence rolling, a 10/10 for Johnny, and 7 to 9 for the rest ,Garnacho and Rashfords link up play was at times dreamy.
Lots of tackles flying in but fair play to the ref for not booking everyone😂! Rash looked sharp. 🎉
Unfortunately Andy I think it’s 19 wins 2 draws and 2 losses, the other loss being Newcastle at home last year, would like to forget that game but unfortunately I was there. Still a great record though

Lets be honest, if we'd have sneaked a cheeky 1-0 win in the 80th minute, they'd be calling for Ten Hags job, it was a convincing win and hopefully a nice confidence booster for the squad going forwards.

I’ve been critical of Rashford over the years, but it’s nice to see him with a smile and his head up.
Yet the critics are saying it's only Barnsley, one can only beat who's in front of you and the players did that with an excellent all around team preformance. Garnacho man of the match for me, Rashford ran him close, Eriksen was excellent. The big question is who ETH picks now v Palace Saturday
