- This may be one of the best solar builds for PvP, and almost NO ONE is using it. The great thing about this build, is that there’s actually 2 different ways that you can go about creating it… and it all depends on how aggressive you want to be. In this video, we’ll go over both variations of this build and what is required to make each of them shine.

UPDATE: As of July 19th, 180 hand cannons can 3-tap with the Radiant buff at anything Tier 9 Resilience or lower. With Radiant AND Kill-Clip it's a 1crit/2body kill.... Hope y'all stashed some Survivor's Epitaph and Frontier's Cry 👍
Great vid most in depth one so far in regards of what weapons to use I run kill clip bxr with marksman’s dodge and foe tracer and weighted knife and still found my self getting both those perks going and it’s amazing 🤣

It’s a super under utilized fragment synergy that I think a lot of people overlook! so many great solar weapons (and abilities).
It's a pity the title isn't solar, it would have been the perfect synergy.

It works wonderful with 180hc. My frontiers cry, becomes a 3tap on 9res and less, and when kill klip, radiant and chargede with light active, its a flat 100 crit. And a 2tap on any guardian. For a 0.33 ttk. That is almost unbeatable.
180s feel REALLY good now. Especially with Radiant builds.
@@ManOfCole absolutely. They needed the added forgiveness. I've always loved that archetype, but often had to shelve them, because they simply couldn't compete. Now it's a different story, and I enjoy it.

I've been using this build for about four weeks now, it's best with mida and calus mini tool or no time to explain and calus mini tool.
Great video 😍 But one question I have. Is ember of singeing worth it? Did we often apply scorch to targets?
So that was more of a throw in fragment, as I see it to be interchangeable. But almost every grenade we have applies some kind of scorch, so if you build around throwing your grenade all the time as well, then yes it would be worth it. It’s all dependent on how you want to play it.
Side note: Empyrean also states solar weapons and ABILITIES will keep the radiant buff active.

See acrobatic dodge is good, very good actually, my first build was a radiant ace of spades build it was crazy, only issue is the regular dodges are so good for survivability it’s detrimental not to have them on when it comes to 3v3 playlists. If your playing control or anything just for fun, it’s a amazing build, but for more serious games I’d say you would still do better with the default dodges. Amazing video tho keep up the work
I understand what you're saying. I still think it's still extremely feasible to use Acrobat's in 3v3. It will just require you to be more intentional with your positioning.
@@ManOfCole exactly sorry I should have said that in my comment, using it in a more competitive playlist requires you to play smarter as you don’t have a amazing reliable get out of jail free ability. Still tho a amazing build to try out, I’d recommend using it with a gun that gets extra damage after a kill, so something with kill clip or even ace of spades. With radiant plus memento mori, it makes the ace of spades a 2 head kill or a 1 head 2 body. it takes it to the next level. Amazing video man

Yes you did. However he never went over how to maintain the buff through a gameplay loop. Solar weapons, Ember of Empyrean/Benevolence, which weapons to to use, how it affects a weapons time to kill, etc.

@@ManOfCole The frosteez. Sorry I should of specified. I like to run them with Ace and have been looking for shaders to go with the ornaments. I didn't find one that fit just right but the one you use looks like what I was trying to go for.

He did, but he never went over how to best utilize keeping the buff active. Benevolence and Empyrean are key parts to this build, while using those solar weapons.
@@ManOfCole 100% but still my point is actually that is not a forgotten build, it is used VERY MUCH at least on consoles. Couple of hunters every match....at least on consoles....
@@xyry4148 I see. I’m RARELY seeing it on the PC side. A lot of what I see is ability builds. Loreley, Ahamkara’s, Child of the old gods, etc. Interesting that you see it a lot on console!
@@ManOfCole on consoles in quickplay is loads of healing granades, overshields etc as well but many hunter mains (av)use radiant to counter that. Ace of spades, ntte, messenger they all benefit quite a lot from radiant(+other damage buffs). So to refresh it a bit I went back to my old time favourite arcstrider hoping for next update to finally raise it to the level it deserves!😎🤣🤣🤣all good tho, did not mean to criticize, I still think this is very valuable content and very suitable in this sandbox.
@@xyry4148 what arc build were you using? I always like to “troll” with Raijuu’s and deflecting blade barrages, and I’m really looking forward to next season for a revamp of that.
