    Hmm this is very interesting and something I need to take a deeper look at, thanks for the video

    My conclusion: Setting goals should be part of the process/system i.e. a mean to an end and not the end, because even if you achieve your goal that doesn't mean it was a success.

    Hey Izzy what are some tips that you give out to improve speaking skills so I can get as good as you 😘. Srsly tho, your help would very much appreciated

      +segason6 I've never made a formal study of public speaking to be honest. Therefore the only advice I'm really qualified to give is tell you to practice a lot. That's all I've done personally. After making hundreds of videos for public consumption, you're bound to get used to it

      stretch your calves. other than that, pick better parents seems to be the main way. i haven't seen a lot of people drastically improve ankle mobility

    Izzy, I am confused. Are you going to pull sumo or conventional? Hook or mix?

    • @IzzyNarvaez
      @IzzyNarvaez  7 років тому +1

      right now, I'm doing a lot of sumo because it is the only way I can train my legs pain free after the adductor tear. I've been pulling hook for months so not sure what you're confused about there

      Understood. Well it seemed to me that in some videos you did hook and sometimes mixed grip too actually. Get well soon, good luck with your training.

    Hey Izzy! How would I use your nutrition calculator spread sheet when trying to find nutrition requirements for a deload?

    • @IzzyNarvaez
      @IzzyNarvaez  7 років тому

      +BachtotheFutureBWV I usually don’t change my nutrition much during a deload because I don’t do traditional super easy deload weeks but if you’re worried about it, just eat at approximately maintenance for the duration of the deload

      Izzy Narvaez only noticed bc I got a no lift on my first attempt last meet bc of forgetting to put hips back down after the lift off lol, makes me wonder how many times I did that in training
